"Hello Farmer Joe, Yesterday I received my order of 7 miniature rose plants. It was sent by priority mail in an USPS Priority Mail cardboard box. The box itself was crushed a little, but the worst was when I opened it. First, I noted 6 plants had been been packed on their sides, with the 7th taped to the top. There was soil & dead leaves all over, spilled inside the box. I had to hold the box in its side to remove the tape without damaging the plants any further. Second, the plants had been taped into place as well as ntogether with packing tape. Besides being extremely difficult to cut & remove the tape from the individual plants, the tape had picked up some of the spilled soil, making for an extremely messy process. Third, only one plant had an identifying label. All others either had no markings, or the name or just one letter written in some type of marker on the tape. So I really could only identify 2 of the plants. Fourth, the plants look pretty beat up, with what looks like dead leaves and buds. The plant that had been taped separately, on top or side of the box, had lost most of its soil, & looks nearly dead. I attached photos that I took after I got about 2/3 of the plants removed. Note that the box is in its side, as the plants had been packed this way. It took me about about 1/2 an house to release the plants. I have never received such poorly packed plants. The box was flimsy, and shoving in a 7th plant shows, to me, either a lack of knowledge or a lack of caring about the plants or the customer. I paid $24.50 for shipping, & expected the plants to be packed in such a way to minimize any damage. I can think of several other ways these could have been packaged, like even separating the individual plants. If any of these plants do not make it, I hope you will issue a refund or provide replacements. Looking forward to hearing from you."

But really he just wanted to sell me a replacement product, and made up tons of excuses why he " couldn't " help. Came in at 4pm and their warranty department closes at 7pm. Craig just wanted to go home at 5 so he chose to lie to me and blew me off since I didn't buy anything from him. I will tell everyone I know not to shop here and go elsewhere.

When you open the door to Tonella's your senses are greeted with a vibrant flower wall and the scents of a wonderful variety of flowers. Snap a picture of yourself in front of the flower power wall and the owner greets you and offers a beverage. Mimosa? Um~ yes!!! The flower wall continues with individual hanging vases full of blooms and buds for you to handpick a bouquet or have them design something for you. I wasn't able to visit my daughter in the hospital when she gave birth and she just had a birthday- so I thought, I can pick out a small bouquet and surprise her! She was waiting in the car feeding little Riley while I popped into a couple of stores. I picked a couple of double tulip stems in a gorgeous, vibrant pink, a couple of sunflowers, these bell flowers that were white with a hint of purple and a bundle of filler stems with dainty little flowers to complete the small bouquet. The flowers were arranged and wrapped up while I sipped my drink and I happily gave the bouquet to my daughter back at the car! She was thrilled and said it was the nicest flowers anyone has ever given her- awww. I also made sure to arrange them in a vase when we got back to her house.
