this florist place is very confusing. they have no set price and they charge however they feel. Each florists has different prices for flowers,arrangements, and bows. I had talked to one florist about getting a bouquet for my girlfriend and they said it would be an up charge of $30 for labor to make the bouquet round. I then later asked a different florist and she had told me there would be no up charge to make the flower arrangement round. They have delivery as early as the day of if you order before 2...THE DAY OF. But even beyond that their availability is so flexible you literally don't even have to think. Not only for under $60 did my mom get THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BOUQUET, but it was also delivered early the day I picked (not 4, 5 or maybe tomorrow). I have never in my life seen Lily's as big as her head, and those are my fav flowers so I've seen allot! And this bouquet was their "smallest" of the three levels you can choose. THE SMALLEST. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. I love this florist and highly recommend them! Not only is their flower arrangements gorgeous and last a while but their customer service is wonderful and you get a decent amount for your money. I always feel heard and taken care of when I call or show up. I would know since I call them at least twice a month, every month. This florist is the go-to florist for my place of employment (which remain nameless). These guys will take great care of you. Be sure to check the store out for some beautiful and different decorative pieces, adorable seasonal decorations and great gifts ideas. I find all kinds of cute things here each season. Lastly, stop by when they are doing their festivals for the change of seasonal decorations inside. It's always absolutely amazing and sometimes amusingly decorated inside. They really go all out! The women running this place is either one of two things, a moron or an imbecile....my bet it's a little of both...charges outrageous prices for mediocre flower arrangements....flowers are dying within 48 hours ...bought several arrangements from them just to see them hanging limp by the following day...they ruined my girls Valentine's Day by putting flowers in the arrangement I specifically asked not to be in the arrangement that reminded my wife of her deceased mother, and left out the glitter roses that were specifically asked for...delivered in a chipped vase....This made the third time my wallet and my wife were disappointed with the flowers purchased from this place... Was only willing to rectify the situation when threaten with returning the flowers, and even then they barged into my wife's place of employment and disrupted her work schedule to shove the roses they forgot into the arrangement, and in her words..I rectified it......well you only get one chance to make a lasting impression...each and every time they screw up, your met with promises of them making it up to you in the future, then when you give them an opportunity to make it up, they get amnesia. .Then try charging you an exuberant amount playing stupid to they're previous screw ups.......then screw it up again...I took my business to the florist up on forest oaks, better shop, nicer people, better prices... And they aren't condescending, insulting and arrogant to their customers....if anyone was to bring me or anyone I loved flowers from Sherwood Florist...they will go straight in the garbage! read more
