With this offer I was able to jump start my wellness journey with my hubby. I started with reformer Pilates. Loved the Pilates mat class with Sheri who is a fun free spirited soul! I fell in love with their yoga classes. First, they offer quality instructors such as Suzy Gill for candlelit yoga, yoga flow, Emily Morrison for flow and power classes, Danielle J who does a mean Friday night power flow, yin yoga and sound with Christine is also a rejuvenating treat. My hubby also liked these classes someone who's not done yoga in the past. Also loved Daniel Heads Saturday hot yoga classes but it was obvious that everyone else did as the class was also SO FULL!
