We loved their honesty and that they never tried to push anything on us. Really listened to what we were looking for and helped guide us on what would be best based on our needs. My husband ended up with a tungsten ring for his wedding band while I got a chevron band with small diamonds in 14k white gold. Their pricing is GREAT! We got quoted for a different band (with moissanite and 14k white gold) at another jeweler in the same hub this is located at, and it was almost double the cost. Sure the style was different but it was still a pave style band and NOT even lab diamonds! I ended up buying from North & South Jewelry since pricing was way better and I'd actually get lab grown diamonds. Upon receiving our bands, my husband felt something was wrong and contacted Justin via text and he was pretty responsive. He told him he could come by and make a swap if it was another band he preferred - but in the end he actually kept the band he ordered. We really appreciated that they offered this even though we saw it when we got home. Overall pretty happy with both our rings and very happy with the service they provided! Everyone was friendly and talked to you like a friend - never pushy and were very honest. Pricing is very fair and they offered to even clean my engagement ring (didn't buy this from them)!
