LOVE visiting Lims! They have basics like paperclip, rope, and herringbone necklaces/bracelets and hoop earrings with prices that cannot be beat. I went around DTLA jewelry district asking for the same herringbone necklace at different shops and Lims gave the best price. It was such a good price that 3 of my other friends also got their herringbone necklaces from them. I also inquired 3-4 jewelers about bespoke jewelry since I was interested in a half paperclip half tennis bracelet, and once again Lims came through with the best price. Ron and Jenny are super nice, are not pushy at all, and make you feel good about your choices (not like some other jewelers I've been to). Ron's mom and dad are also so kind and sweet. At the Fullerton location Jenny works with Sarah and Debbie, both are also very patient and kind. I recently upgraded my engagement and wedding band set for my 10th anniversary and was able to customize both through Ron and Jenny. Jenny was patient with me and took the time to really nail down the details from the look of the prongs, to the actual setting and size of the stones. I always inquire other jewelers to see what kind of price they can do, but Lims always ends up being the best price. I've learned over the past year to just go straight to Lims to save myself the time and energy trying to save money. I think Sarah manages their Instagram page and is very good at responding to your questions in a timely manner. A lot of other jewelers I've been to will take your number down and tell you they'll text you for answers, but never do.. I like that the Fullerton location has free parking, and it's also closer to me so it's convenient. The two locations give you the same price and the same service, it's convenient that the Fullerton location is open Sundays and the DTLA location is open Mondays, so between the 2 locations they are open 7 days a week and can easily have your jewelry ready for pick up at whatever location you choose. read more

In both locations, you get attentive service where they listen to your specific needs. They show you quality, GIA certified diamonds (or EGL certified if you prefer) for a fair, wholesale price. They can custom craft rings based your specific needs. And they treat you like family and they tell you about what's important and relevant, rather than with trying to upsell you with confusing (and sometimes misleading) numbers/ratings. After going to several jewelers, they were the perfect place for me and they helped me pick out the perfect diamond to go with my setting. If you're in orange county, then I'd recommend that you stop here if you want the downtown, jewelry district experience locally.
