I was recommended this team by a friend and they didn't disappoint! I had a very intricate design for my partner's engagement ring that was turned down by several other jeweler's but Maddie and the team was the one that gave me the most confidence in executing the design. She was very transparent throughout the whole process and provided reasonable prices. Communication was smooth and timely. Maddie made sure every detail I wanted was incorporated and the ring came out perfect! Definitely recommend their services. read more

I found Maddie through Instagram and fell in love with her work. I was nervous to work with someone all online, but it was such an amazing experience. She is so talented and makes beautiful pieces with very reasonable prices! She helped me design a new upgraded engagement ring / wedding band and a necklace using the stone from my old ring. The pieces are beautiful! I am so happy to have found Maddie and I will definitely reach out to her for any future pieces. read more

I Couldn't be happier with The Lims Jewery CO, Inc. From their customer service, follow up and recommendations. Sarah and Ron have always gone out of their way to make me feel like family. They have been patient with my requests and answered every message. Thank you! You've brought a few smiles and that's priceless. I received my package today! I'll keep coming back. read more

LOVE visiting Lims! They have basics like paperclip, rope, and herringbone necklaces/bracelets and hoop earrings with prices that cannot be beat. I went around DTLA jewelry district asking for the same herringbone necklace at different shops and Lims gave the best price. It was such a good price that 3 of my other friends also got their herringbone necklaces from them. I also inquired 3-4 jewelers about bespoke jewelry since I was interested in a half paperclip half tennis bracelet, and once again Lims came through with the best price. Ron and Jenny are super nice, are not pushy at all, and make you feel good about your choices (not like some other jewelers I've been to). Ron's mom and dad are also so kind and sweet. At the Fullerton location Jenny works with Sarah and Debbie, both are also very patient and kind. I recently upgraded my engagement and wedding band set for my 10th anniversary and was able to customize both through Ron and Jenny. Jenny was patient with me and took the time to really nail down the details from the look of the prongs, to the actual setting and size of the stones. I always inquire other jewelers to see what kind of price they can do, but Lims always ends up being the best price. I've learned over the past year to just go straight to Lims to save myself the time and energy trying to save money. I think Sarah manages their Instagram page and is very good at responding to your questions in a timely manner. A lot of other jewelers I've been to will take your number down and tell you they'll text you for answers, but never do.. I like that the Fullerton location has free parking, and it's also closer to me so it's convenient. The two locations give you the same price and the same service, it's convenient that the Fullerton location is open Sundays and the DTLA location is open Mondays, so between the 2 locations they are open 7 days a week and can easily have your jewelry ready for pick up at whatever location you choose. read more

Jenny the owner is incredible! Replaced a stone in my wedding ring & it looks incredible. Her prices and service are great!

My husband got my engagement ring here made by Ron and I loved his work so much we came back for our custom made wedding bands, also made by Ron. To say we love our jewelry is an understatement because Ron always goes above and beyond our expectations. We showed him samples of what we would like and Ron created the beautiful pieces! I love it all so much! As my wedding gift, hubby got me a custom made necklace of both of our dogs and the details were so accurate it blew me away! Ming Jenny is always very helpful and sweet whenever we come see her as well. Definitely consider coming here for your engagement rings, wedding bands, and other pieces of jewelry because you'll be well taken care of. read more

They are legitimately as good as it gets! Ron was able to assist me with making a custom ring design that was beautiful. I went to both of their locations - I went first to their location in LA's jewelry district and I followed up at this Fullerton location. In both locations, you get attentive service where they listen to your specific needs. They show you quality, GIA certified diamonds (or EGL certified if you prefer) for a fair, wholesale price. They can custom craft rings based your specific needs. And they treat you like family and they tell you about what's important and relevant, rather than with trying to upsell you with confusing (and sometimes misleading) numbers/ratings. After going to several jewelers, they were the perfect place for me and they helped me pick out the perfect diamond to go with my setting. If you're in orange county, then I'd recommend that you stop here if you want the downtown, jewelry district experience locally. If you're on the fence, check out their website for samples of their work. My only complaint is that the shine of the diamonds on my fiancee's ring is blinding. read more

What could we say that hasn't already been said about how wonderful The Lim's Jewelry Company is? My fiancé and I were referred to The Lim's by some close friends who purchased their engagement ring and wedding bands here. We initially shopped around at other jewelry stores but after our first visit at The Lim's, we both knew the search was over. We met with Jenny who was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. We never felt pressured to buy or to spend more than we were comfortable with. She took her time to educate us on the different styles and variations of diamonds and the many factors that add or take away from a diamond's value. Their work is absolutely exquisite! They have many different unique styles and ring settings for you to select from and can also do custom work if desired. We were shocked when we heard the prices of their engagement rings - in a good way of course! Their prices were priced significantly lower to the other stores we had previously shopped. Not to mention, The Lim's selection and customer service was far more superior to the competition. We have received SO many compliments on the beautiful engagement ring and will definitely be coming back to pick out our wedding bands when the time comes! Thank you Jenny and The Lim's for making this experience a fun and stress-free one! read more

Lim's Jewelry Co. is customer service oriented. They are very informative with their product. I have been going to them for over 10 years. I have confidence when I make purchases from Lim's. If your looking for a gift for your mom, sister, dad, grandma, girl friend, wife, etc, this is your one stop shop. Don't make it harder on yourself by going to Robins brothers, or those commercialized jewelry stores. Lim's will give you better quality, while not trying to 'upsale' or pressure you to make purchases. (I hate getting pressure from sales people... i'm sure we've all been there) Ive also made purchases from the LA store. Both are great, both offer awesome service! read more

The Lim family are the best jewelers in this town and probably even this state. I have been doing business with them for a while now and they are the only jewelers I will use. Both Mr Lim and the son Ronald are the most talented designers I have yet to meet. I got my wedding ring and band from them along with had Ronald design my husbands wedding band for our 3 year anniversary Recently my husband passed so I went to their shop and asked Ronald to melt my rings as well as my husbands and design one ring combining both. I have tears in my eyes at how beautiful the ring that he designed for me to wear in honor of my husband Also he designed another ring my husband bought me as a gift before he passed. Stunning does not even begin to describe both rings I now wear to feel closer to my husband and in honor of his memory I will only use The Lim Co for all my jewelry needs as well as will refer all my friends and family to them bc I know they are getting the best at the most amazing prices. I m speechless at what they have done for me read more

There are plenty of jewelers in this jewelry mall, but after buying from Jenny, she's my one stop shop now. Last year before our marriage, we had checked so many jewelry stores in San Diego County and Orange County, but everywhere we went either 1) didn't like the jewelry 2) quality was there but way overpriced for the item or 3) price was right but the quality wasn't there. Finally went to Lim's Jewelry and Jenny surprised me. She had stones that were not available elsewhere. We bought our engagement rings (orange yellow sapphire and diamonds) and our wedding rings here. After months of all that hassle and runaround, we ended up at the place where I should have stopped first. Great quality of jewels, great workmanship, and great customer service. Jenny is the BEST. Highly recommended. read more
