What was confusing was that Nicole continued servicing the other client while leaving me waiting in the hallway to "see what she could do." The communication felt completely inconsistent. If my appointment couldn't be accommodated, I would have appreciated being told that upfront instead of waiting around for an answer that was apparently already decided. In the end, I wasted an hour of my time, left with no service, and ended up having to shave. Spa is what I call a makeshift budget spa. Not just the decor but the overall mood and feeling. Therapy rooms are located upstairs and downstairs and have curtains instead of doors. House fee is $60 which is surprising as most places like this you might pay $45 tops. Almost walked but when I saw Sunny, the decision to stay was automatic. No question about it. And, the massage was actually quite good. Sunny asked if I wanted to go upstairs or stay downstairs. My visit was on a hot summer day and we only walked 1/2 way up the stairs before the heat convinced me to stay downstairs. No AC upstairs. The room downstairs was adequate. Spartan but adequate. The massage was above average. Sunny has a pleasant disposition and asks for feedback on how she is doing. I've been back a few times. I think they have someone else working there but I've never seen her. I only assume such as I hear Sunny talking to someone.

I was given a few books to look through for my polish color. After my pedicure, I got a full acrylic set. My nail tech was very gentle, easy to talk to, and did an amazing job on my nails. Every 3 to 4 weeks for years I go for a gel refill and nail trim. In fact Hannah has even worked on my nails over the years. Yesterday I had Kat a somewhat new person do my nails. At check out I was charged 3 dollars more. I questioned Hannah and was told this was for the nail trim. I informed her that all these years I never paid for this service as it was always included . She stated sorry, but left the charge. I will never return to this Spa and I advise others as well.
