Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I was on a road trip from Texas to Florida with my mother to attend a funeral, and we got a bad tank of gas from a gas station about a half hour south of this location. After being dropped off by the tow truck driver 30 minutes before the location opened, the staff were generous enough to allow us inside to use the restroom and stay warm. We had been waiting on the side of the road since 4:30am, it was now 6:30am. The got us in to be seen by the mechanic first thing when he showed up. When they found out we were headed to a funeral they helped us secure a rental to get us there on time as the repair was likely to take most of the day. The staff absolutely went above and beyond, they did way more than they had to. I cannot express my gratitude. Casey, Rob, James, and Todd were the employees that helped us! Huge thanks to all of them. read more

49 Tire is the best!! We take all our vehicles there and trust the service we will receive. Friendly, Fair, Fast Service.

Thank you Casey for the excellent customer service! Definitely recommend! They did my brakes & tires also. Very happy customer :)

this people that work in this place are very rud with their customer plus they over charge the customer. example I got from the two tires that Their advertising for one price for a pair of tires but when you got there their overcharge you for the instalation $60.00 dollars when other tires shop will charge $8.00 I feel like I got rip off. i will never go there again.

This place has the best customer service in the area hands down. I was in a bad spot as I didn't have a spare tire and I had a punctured tire and was driving all the way back to Colorado. They helped me straight away, so I took my family to McDonald's next door. Tire was on and car was out before I even had my Happy Meals for my kids. Seriously, I talked to every tire shop within a 30 mile radius and Kyle's was the only other shop that tried to help me. Don't look anywhere else for tires shop here. read more

My experience with these guys was outstanding! They could answer the phone, price over the phone without me having all the info; got there and they kept their word on price and did the job within an hour. I found them to be very nice, professional and willing to work! These guys are knowledgeable and efficient. I have recommended to several co-workers and friends of family also on oil change, tires, and they do lots more. Saved me from the crappy places I've been dealing with that are useless like the Wallyworlds and Mavis'. I want to help mom & pop places so to speak instead of huge corporations that do not give **** about you. Casey C. deserves a raise and it's just greatly appreciated. I will drive an hour to them for now on since have the best customer service. They actually want to work. All of the staff, it was amazing to have the workers beat the customers there that AM and had been working already when we arrived. Impressive!! Owners must be thrilled and run a great crew. Thank you guys so much for all the help and quickness! You rock. A+ 5 stars. Great prices also!!! THANKS! read more

Personally, I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. I wouldnt suggest going here unless you want an incompetent child ( I think his name was Jamie ) to work on your vehicle. If you value your vehicle at all, go somewhere else. My vehicle left with more problems than it had when I arrived at this God forsaken place. The absolute worst customer service from some heavy dark headed girl and the mechanic was less than the worst. Go somewhere else. This place is a waste of time and money. Total train wreck of a staff. read more
