After being dropped off by the tow truck driver 30 minutes before the location opened, the staff were generous enough to allow us inside to use the restroom and stay warm. We had been waiting on the side of the road since 4:30am, it was now 6:30am. The got us in to be seen by the mechanic first thing when he showed up. When they found out we were headed to a funeral they helped us secure a rental to get us there on time as the repair was likely to take most of the day. The staff absolutely went above and beyond, they did way more than they had to. I cannot express my gratitude. Casey, Rob, James, and Todd were the employees that helped us! The Toyota dealer told me it was a bad sensor and it would be over $100 to replace it. I said no thanks. Yesterday, I had to add air to one tire and had to add air again today. I called CCC and they said bring it in (on a Friday afternoon). I waited about an hour and they said they fixed the tire (removed a screw). They charged me nothing! They told me they checked the pressure on all tires and only the SPARE needed air. As I drove off today, I saw the air pressure indicator was off! I called them (Frank Ashley) back to tell them they also fixed my "bad sensor." Frank said that the technician inflating that spare caused the indicator to go off. That was the problem. They saved me over $100 and since the tires came from them, at no charge. Excellent service. Only they will service my old Tundra from now on. I highly recommend them.
