Damaged our neighbors' garden during one job, which distressed them a fair bit; we replaced the damaged plants with some impact to our wallet but none to our friendship. A few punch list items, middling responsive on those. A theoretical three year warranty with poor to no follow up on a couple of durability issues despite multiple outreach; we gave up after a while. Not a crisis. It's about time to paint both again, and we're not calling them for a quote, so figured we'd say that part out loud.
