Came in a 2 days after I posted my first experience and was helped by Eddie who made things right after checking and reviewing the nectar collector. I realized that I usually just see him and one other worker when I go in and they're the reason why the customer service was top tier and why I was so upset with my experience with the person in my first review who tried ripping me off which I knew wouldn't do & I'm glad I was right in thinking that. And instead of disputing the charge with my bank they can keep it. Thank you Eddie for doing that and that's the only reason I'll be coming back here. Service is A++ Eddie really knows his products and is always super friendly. The prices here are better than any smoke shop in So Cal. Glass pieces are offered up to 50% daily and even butane is cheaper here. They also have a bunch of other trinkets and dodads just like all the other shops but they have dope bags and trays and lighters all for as cheap as you will find it. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I stumbled upon this place by accident. It was kind of a hidden miracle of my night. I came to this area on a whim and somehow ended up in 4Brothers smoke shop. I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE!! How did I find it? Destiny So last Tuesday I needed to pick up some kratom at around 9:30pm and my Yelp suggested the 24hr smoke shop across the street from 4 brothers (mind you I had no idea 4 brothers smoke shop even existed yet but I'll explain) when I went into this "competitor" 24hr smoke shop and looked at the kratom prices I was immediately let down. They wanted $30 for krave 2 oz kratom. Normally I pay around $15 - $20 at the most for this brand. So I walked out and was a little discouraged to find a good kratom shop nearby still open (my regular place was already closed) So as I'm pulling out of this other smoke shop's parking lot I noticed another smoke shop (4 Brothers ) right across the street. In there window I saw a scrolling neon sign listing what they had and I read the words "....KRATOM & MORE!!!" Immediately I drove across the street to check this out...hopefully they had more reasonable prices than the place I just left. So I walked into this mystery smoke shop (4 Brothers Smoke Shop). The guy behind the counter (Neil) greeted me with a smile and told me he would be right with me (he was helping another customer). To my surprise I found that not only did they have AMAZING PRICES, they also had a 25% off all kratom....that's not even the best part, they had MY FAVORITE strain blend of krave kratom, TrainWreck. I was helped by NEIL (instant good vibes) who left a lasting positive impression on my 1st experience at 4 brothers. Such a genuinely kind soul. I paid the lowest amount I've ever paid for a 2 oz krave Trainwreck....$12.50 (maybe less...can't exactly remember maybe $12.32) LESS THAN $13 after the discount haha Needless to say I 'm so happy I found these guys. And it looks like these gentlemen have some quality glass that I'm sure my gf will love to come check out. As far as kratom goes....4 brothers exceeded my expectations...the selection is great, they carry some of my other favorite brands of kratom as well (o.p.m.s. Etc.) I'll be back and you definitely have a new regular customer. Don't pass this place up if you are a kratom user. Bought a disposable vape here and about a week later the lithium battery was activating on its own and the vape itself was leaking badly. The dam thing had only been sitting in my office for a couple days before it basically wanted to blow up. I brought the vape back in and was told they would would not honor a refund or even an exchange for the same product. Total bull shit customer service. DO NOT COME HERE! After my previous unhappy review I posted yesterday, I am now giving this smoke shop 5 stars. As a paying customer who will keep going back to a business that I feel practices amazing customer service all around, this smoke shop has done exactly that! I purchased a faulty product of the 4th of July. After posting my 1-star review yesterday, the owner very quickly responded gracefully and offered a refund to me if I came in and to also speak about my faulty vape product. Luckily, I was right across the street grabbing dinner at the time the owner responded. So I went over to the smoke shop and explained my faulty product. The owner apologized and offered me a free vape, one that is working perfectly fine now. I have changed my review to 5 stars because this is exactly how every business should handle these situations. Been going here ever since I moved back to Orange a few years ago. I usually go at night so l get help from the guy who works at night. He's very nice and helpful and respectful. but today I decided to go in the morning. I bought a Bob Marley glass jar a few days ago for my greens and it kept opening by itself and making my greens dry af ! I wanted an exchange or at least to be talked to with respect. I told the guy the issue and he found a better one but then rang me up and said it would be $10. I was so confused cause it took him soo long just yo say that and he was talking to me like I was dumb. This is an updated review to my previous one star rating. Long story short I had an issue with an item i purchased and was told that there was nothing they could do. I explained what happened in a review and within days the owner of the shop reached out to me to apologize and asked me to come back in so that he could make it right. Just that alone was dope and shows that he actually cares about the people who come into his shop and spend money. I went back in and was able to replace the item that broke no problem. Sam, the owner was so nice and helpful and he went above and beyond for me. i couldn't be happier with the replacement item i got.
