Think sketchy imports from India and China that were about as high quality as dollar store items. No disrespect to Indian or Chinese artists, but that old shop was all about low-end stuff from companies that had no business selling anything. Enter Chapman Smoke Shop, a rehab job that feels like the same tired scene, just with a fresh coat of paint. So, rumor has it, the owner's from the same village as the guys at the Four Brothers smoke shop across the street. Small world, huh? But that's about where the connection ends, and the weirdness begins. The worker here? He's a trip. Always disappearing into the back, coming out with some lotion in hand--like, what's going on back there? He's also super argumentative, which does not scream "customer service." The shop's 24-hour gimmick is probably their biggest flex. They sell all the "outlawed" vapes and nitrous oxide out the kazoo thats still somehow manage to be popular around here. They've also got a cigar cave, which is nice if you're into that, but other than that, it's the same as any other smoke shop. I know the other owners around the area, and trust me, these guys are competitive, but they've got no charm. Don't expect deals, and don't expect to get a warm, welcoming vibe either. Look, it's convenient because they're right near Disney and Old Town Orange, so if you're desperate after midnight, you'll find this place still open while everyone else is closed. But I wouldn't be coming here unless I really had to. The prices are high, they never budge, and the quality of some of their products is questionable--been there, returned stuff for counterfeit vapes. I've bought from this location a few times, and I just happened to go to the metro store today which is located a few stores down from this smocks shop, and I parked in the parking lot. the guy working at the smoke shop came out angrily and threatened to call a tow truck because I was parked in front of his store. Keep in mind there is no sign, nor is there designated parking spaces. The whole parking lots is for ALL customers &/for ALL stores there. Again no sign stating designated parking spaces. Don't know if he was the owner or worker but Was very, very rude! Never buying here again! Again no sign, saying only for customers etc. It would've been a different review if he was respectful about it, because I can understand but coming at us, with a rude attitude on top of that no sign stating you can't park here if your not a customer and on top of that threatening to call the tow truck wasn't cool at all.
