One of the benefits are Monthly Bill Pay. You can schedule a payment date on your bills. On May 2nd I put in a request for our credit card payment that was due May 16th. It was to be paid May 12th. It was paid late on May 19th. After a few hours spent trying to rectify I was told a third party handles that - no one at the branch cares or would help. No one told us when we signed up a 3rd party handles this. On March 17th I paid another credit card bill. The money was taken out of my account but the company I paid through bill pay said they couldn't deposit as the check from the 3rd party wasn't readable yet it was taken from my account. On both of these I have to dispute , show proof by getting copies of the ACH, in order to reverse the $81 late charges,. Even worse is the time it is taking to gather information after being put on hold so many times as no one seems to really care at the branch. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it would take up to 72 hours to get a return call. I can only imagine they are so busy if they are operating through 3rd parties and have no control of their business.

I am going to have to sleep in my car because my bank card will not work at a hotel or gas station. This technical problem had nothing to do with me and I may lose my job if I don't get to my work location in time. I am sitting at a gas station waiting for this problem to get fixed and after calling them multiple times there is no timeline for a fix. Pick a bank that does not have these technical issues.

They have always been knowledgeable, efficient and quick. Also, whenever I have a tax or money question, I email Jack directly and he will get me an answer in no time! This year there was a hiccup on getting our kids' taxes efiled, but they got right on it, and called me the next morning to tell me it was taken care of. Mistakes happen, and that's OK, it's the customer service and the timeliness and the way it is taken care of that matters. And, they do our kids' taxes and efile them for us at no charge. After 10 years as a high revenue established business client trusting JTC CPAs with my personal and…read morebusiness taxes I have finally had enough. The basics are getting missed with this firm repeatedly . The last straw was being advised by Jack Trent himself to make a large additional tax payment before any projection was completed -- resulting in an overpayment of approximately $180,000 to the IRS. His own bookkeeping numbers displayed on screen during our meeting showed I was already in overpayment territory before the additional payment was made. It gets worse. The IRS subsequently identified that the large December payment Jack advised me to make was not even included on my filed return -- a filing error confirmed by my new CPA. When I raised these concerns in writing I was repeatedly deflected rather than receiving straight answers. A very small partial fee refund around 2k was only issued after weeks of persistent documented demands. This was not isolated -- a prior year late filing resulted in an IRS penalty letter as well. I stayed loyal for 10 years. Last 4 not so great. Business owners and the general public deserve better than this.
