If I could give NEGATIVE ONE MILLION I would. This management is terrible. Couple of things:
Filthy. Be advised that their cleaning crew uses the 3 compartment sink as a wash basin for the mop that they use for the floors and leave them there and the sink as well.
Unprofessional. They do not take criticisms of their kitchen lightly. They take is as a personal attack. They will muscle you out at say: " Based on this comment, I should take it as your 30 days notice?" They also tell you thru a text message and does not even have the professionalism to talk to you face to face. If you as a tenant do not utilize the hours you buy, you will never know if something went wrong with your cubby or fridge/cooler shelf. One of our co-tenants and friends that uses their "services" was very upset and told us that the management didn't notify the tenants who were assigned to the refrigerator by the front entrance, was broken. When she went to check on her ingredients, the fridge was not running and was super hot. She lost her ingredients and business of the say because of that. She called to let them know and they told her that they were aware of the situation for two days. She was furious! She lost all of her ingredients. Sure she can buy some more, but the aggravation of going thru that is definitely infuriating. She asked if there is any compensation, they told her: Well, that's what YOUR insurance is for. I hope she did get compensations and more. But, for 4D Commissary, giving compensations and refunds, is nearly impossible. They will ignore you.
Inconsistent and Irresponsible. Granted that all businesses that is renting here should be assumed as adults and knows how to follow rules and regulations, it is the management's job to give accountability for everyone. But no, they are too lazy to check on their locations, wait for other tenants to report on each other or things that are wrong and then get mad and claim that we complain to much. For almost 2 years we have been with them, the drainage of the 3 compartment sink has backed up about 6 times. They "fix" it and expect it to be backed up again in 3 weeks.
One of our Team member's hands was scalded when the nozzle spray attachment of the sink leaked heavily. We submitted pictures, and told them to fix it. They said they did and sent us pictures as well. The following day, scalded him again while cleaning our handwashing station. They said they fixed it.
On this day, December 17th, we called at 4.06 pm about the backed up drainage and water on the floor. Sent pictures. Handy man came at 5 pm. Left the kitchen without utilizing the full 8 hours at 7.45 pm They are still trying to snake it.
LIARS. They claimed that we reported them to the SNHD twice- their main reason why they want us out- when in reality we didn't. Health Department has nothing to do with the managent letting other tenants leave their rotting meats, vegetables and expired products on the shared coolers and fridge. Or the grease trap dirty, or leave the floors and sinks dirty. Or leave all of their used pans with burnt meats and solidified grease underneath the working g counters. IT'S THE MANAGEMENT'S JOB. That's why we let them know first so that they can penalize or reprimand the business who did that inconsoderstion. So why do we need to tell the SNHD?
But! Thanks for the suggestion, we will report 4D COMMISSARY in full detail and no need to be anonymous since we have pictures to prove it!
Customer Service is non-existent. If ever you call to tell your concerns, just be aware that the person who will answer will be unprofessional and will be very bitchy. Oh, dont forget not to complain! They will passively tell you to get out. As they said :" I strongly suggest that you send me a 30 day notice on January 1st or I can do that for you."
We understand that as a small business, we count every penny that comes in and out. However, as we grow and as our business grows, please make sure that your standards are met. We would rather pay the proper price for the best facility rather than stay in a kitchen that is CHEAP in so many levels.
Before we left for the day, another tenant came in and we explained to them about what's going on with the drainage and its issues. The look on his face when he realizes that he might loose his kitchen hours tonight for his busines because of their irresponsibility and this inconvenience. When we left at 7.45, the handymen were now trying to find the main drainage system outside the kitchen to try and remove the blockages.
Other business that left earlier before us has warned us about this company's unproffesionalism. However, we believe on giving the benefit of the doubt to everyone. I mean their opinion is not ours. Sadly, we saw and experienced first hand all.of the things they warned us about. This is costly lesson.
More pictures will come!
