He checked and serviced our air handlers, AC condensers, cleaned 20 vents including our dryer vent. I was completely satisfied and would recommend their services. About 1 month later, one of the fans and capacitors went out on one of the AC condensers. Fortunately, it was later in the evening when I noticed it so I didn't have to suffer too much. I called the service number and they told me that all remaining appointments for that evening had been booked for the day but they could come 1st part of the morning the following day. Ed called and showed up 1st thing in the morning at about 8:30 am to do a diagnostic and make the necessary repairs. He was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He explained to me that my fan had seized. To get everything running again I needed a new condenser motor, contactor and capacitor. He carried all the parts on his van so there was no waiting for parts. A little more than 1 hour my AC was back up, running and my house was cool again. Just in time for the afternoon heat. I would recommend their services and was completely satisfied with the work of both technicians. I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs.

It was an older white stove, and the fading was simply due to age and normal use. It felt like they looked for any excuse possible to avoid returning our deposit. We also paid an extra deposit for the keys and garage opener. I even showed them the receipt as proof of payment, but they claimed the payment was for something else and refused to return the money. Very disappointing experience. Do not use this company.

This company rents out units "as is" and they are in terrible condition. People pay because they need a place to live. I watched an old lady (a tenant apparently) in the office Complaining about her air conditioner being broke. She kept saying she didn't understand how to submit a ticket online. They were arguing with her instead of trying to help her. It was sad. If you read these reviews carefully, the "good" ones are obviously fake. All the bad reviews have a similar theme and they all complain about the same things.. If you have any other choices, don't rent from here.

It was very pleasant and I felt very welcomed. There were stanchions that formed a line, but no one was in it but people at the desk. When it was my turn, the receptionist was very warm and prompt. The lady who called my name is also very friendly and professional. I was taking care of my real estate license and she was able to take care of it very efficiently and swiftly. While waiting, I noticed the cute spring decor from the ceiling. I thought it was a nice touch. The area is a little dated but clean and roomy. Forms of payments: they take all forms of payment except American Express and Apple Pay. But that's OK because I had my VISA debit card. My total today was only $20.
