I told him that if I can't use the features of the phone then what good is the phone. He just became very rude and when I told him I would be talking to his manager about this he said he didn't care and refused to give me the number for head office, but did give me his manager's name and number. The name he gave me was Matt and the number was 403-921-8660. I called that number and spoke to a gentleman who said he was the manager. I explained what happen and the way I was treated, but he didn't seem to care, I told him that I would never shop at the store again and then told him I would be contacting head office. If this is the way The Source treats it customers I will never shop at a Source again.
