Sales staff scramble to help too many people at once that they don't have time to focus on you. My brother and I had to go there 3 separate times because they didn't have our suits, shirts, or ties/pocket squares ready on the date they guaranteed it would be ready. On the day of my brothers wedding we had to stop by to tell them the shirts they gave us were not tailored at all even though we paid 300$ to get them tailored. We ended up getting a full refund, but definitely not worth all that stress. Customer service is HORRIBLE and their suits, ties, and accessories are way over priced especially for the low quality. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are planning for your wedding. They honestly made too many mistakes that made the entire bridal party stressed out lol not just me. read more

I don't have the option of leaving 0 stars, so I have to leave 1. No one was particularly helpful, or even approached us. When we walked up to the coffee counter and asked someone, he said he would be available to help us but never came over. Instead he carried on his conversation and absolutely ignored us. Maybe it's because we were two women looking for suits, and it made him feel uncomfortable, or not "bro" enough. Consistently messed up the wedding party's orders. I remember coming in to pick up my suit that they were suppose to finishing tailoring and as I was trying it on, I was pricked by several needles. The suit was not tailored, at all, and the needles they used to mark the suit up, were still very much still on the suit. I was appreciative when they gave me a discount, but found out shortly that they have been consistently messing up (forgetting orders, leaving out items, etc...) the rest of the wedding party's suits. 4menunited, please try to get your system in order, especially when you're dealing with large orders. read more

We needed 6 groomsmen tuxedos, one for the groom and another for the father of the bride. The first 2 times we went, we were not impressed with the person who helped us. We felt rushed and found that he was a bit terse. We were just about to cancel everything. If the service did not improve the next time we went, that's what we were going to do. However, the 3rd time Alex helped us and turned our negative feelings about the store into positive ones. There were some issues but he immediately ensured that all issues would be taken care of. We also found that he took his time to ensure our satisfaction. There were a couple of things that had not been originally done such as ordering the bowties and he took care of it. There was also a vest missing for the father of the bride. When going back for the final fittings, the vest had arrived but needed some adjustment. They immediately give it to their tailor and it was done within one hour. However, the bowties had not yet arrived but Alex assured us that they would be coming in that week. We just want to say thank you Alex for doing such a great job, being a professional and so courteous. What a pleasure it has been dealing with you. read more

I went here to pick out a new wallet for my fiance. I was specifically looking for a brand called Secrid and was so happy to find out they carried it! I wouldn't suggest going to this store. My husband now (fiance then) and all of our groomsmen had gone into the store to check out their suits back in February, 4 months prior to our wedding. They chose their suits and had went ahead with them to tailor so it's customed fitted to each. They said they would order the suit and once they arrive at the store they would call us to come on in to try the suits on so they can alter according. 2-3 months gone by and we never heard from them. At this point we had paid all of our deposit. So I told my husband now (fiance then) to call and get an update because it's end of May and our weddings in June. He then calls and they told him his and 1 other suit was in and can go in to try it out. My husband then goes in with his best man to try on the suit and IT WAS NOT READY!! HIS SUIT HASNT EVEN ARRIVED AT THE STORE.. How frustrating is that to drive 35-40 mins to vaughan when we live in Markham and it's not even in. The guy said there might have been some misunderstanding and that the only suit that's there is the bestmans suit. We had ordered 4 groomsmen suit and 1 groom suit. And only 1 was there?? They mentioned that they will call us when all of the suits are in. So my husband left.. 2 weeks before the wedding we called them again and tried to get an update. The day we called for the update, they said the suits came in yesterday and that all of the 5 suits are now in and can go in to try. The fact that they didn't even call us and we kept having to call them to get an update was so frustrating. Anyways the guys went in to try them on and got it tailored with them. They said it would be ready to pick up on June 21st. Our wedding was on June 23. It was cutting real close. Anyways the guys had to go in seperately to pick up their suits cause everyone had different schedule. My husband did not get his liner tailored on which was suppose to make him stand out from the rest of the groomsmen. They charged us 100 to add that liner. So in the end they had to return that back. Also they gave the wrong dress shirt to my husband!! The colour of the dress shirt that we originally "ordered" they had given it away to one of our groomsmen thinking he was the groom. So they had to give the same plain ones to my husband instead. Anyways my husband and groom had to trade their dress shirt. Bottom line Is, this place is a mess and is disorganized & lacks communication skills. Terrible customer service, as no one truly apologized for all the mishaps they've made. The suits are lower at cost but honestly you don't wanna deal with problems after problems!! Save your time and find a place that is detailed oriented and is able meet their deadlines! read more

Horrible Experience! Strongly advise not to buy suits from 4 Men United. Re-cap of my experience: - Alteration costs increased somehow after they began doing the alterations on my suit. I feel that they strong-armed my into having to pay more because they made an "administrative error" on the paperwork. - Picked up my suit and it was dirty. Had dust stains, loose threads, and a stain on it. Honestly, how bad does that feel to buy a suit and it looks like it fell on the floor at Value Village when you pick it up. - Bad customer service: one salesman is always following you around looking over your shoulder. The rest of them have this sleezy vibe (excpet Luciano, who is awesome). - When you call the store, they are bad on the phone. They put you on hold forever, and if you ask to speak to a specific salesperson they said that they will see if they have time to pass along the message. - Suit quality is shitty. Honestly, I think I'll just throw the suit in the garbage bin. Hole in leg of pants. Rip on the sleeve of jacket. Wrong colour suit when I picked it up. This place is a total scam. They make it seem very sophisticated, but everything they do is low class. Thanks 4 Men United for creating such bad vibes for my wedding suit that I am not even going to wear it anymore.
