10/10 highly recommend My fiance's condo flooded after a heavy rain recently and all my area rugs were soaked and the off-white carpeted hallway of the master bedroom was covered in a muddy brown stain. It sat with fans on it for a week and a half to dry thoroughly before we sought to get it professionally cleaned. We were basically just doing this for the short term because it smelled heavily of mildew, but were ultimately thinking it needed to be replaced. I went to Yelp to find a local carpet cleaner (neither of us has ever hired a carpet cleaning service) and CitrusFresh had the highest ratings, was basically down the street, and honestly a citrus-based cleaner just sounded nice after smelling mildew for so long. I called to ask if their services matched my needs and spoke with Bonnie. I was given a quote right off the bat that seemed more than reasonable. Scheduling an appointment was easy - I had one setup for less than a week after I called, and they promptly emailed me a confirmation. They called the day before to confirm and gave me a 2-hour window for the technician's arrival. Day of, Travis M. called me 30 minutes ahead of my appointment to let me know he was on the way and ended up arriving right on time. Travis was very professional and honest about the scope of the work. He even recommended against cleaning one of my (beloved) rugs that I purchased in Morocco because he didn't think the material would hold up super well with this kind of cleaning and I appreciated that. I knew there was a minimum total cost for someone coming out (per the quote on the phone) and when he added it all up, we were about $30 under that. Instead of me having to just pay an extra $30 for nothing, he offered additional services (in our case, sanitization of two areas which was actually ideal given our circumstance), and that got us almost to the minimum. The cleaning took about 20-30 minutes in total (not a very large space) and we were THRILLED with how well the carpet cleaned up. The area rugs are nice and fresh as well. They even leave you with a bottle of their cleaning formula for future use. I'm adding a before and after photo because wow. The citrus smell is nice and very strong. 100% pleased with Citrus Carpet Cleaners. We have white carpet upstairs and a 13 year old jack Russell who cannot hold her pee long. We used 3-4 other name brand and independent (one man and a truck) carpet cleaners. All promised great results and took our money. But the results were always 2-3 weeks later the brown and yellow spots would re-appear just like they have never been cleaned. We were about to give up when we finally tried Citrus. The young gentleman was very nice and worked hard with his machine that is different than all the others who just use steam cleaning and some types of soap. It appears to me that the soap is a big factor in attracting foot traffic dirt after the cleaning. The Citrus guy's carpet cleaning machine was more like a big rotary brush and they sprayed on their cleaning agent and then went over carefully all areas of the carpet with the big rotary brush. Ok, big test for Citrus was two weeks later. Yes a few spots out of many did re-appear. The guy came back out at no charge and went over those spots again. They did not come back and I am writing this review about 1.5 months later. We are so, so very happy that we found one carpet cleaning company that really can get out pet urine spots. After each visit they left us about a pint of their cleaning agent in a spray bottle. So we now have two pints. When we find a new urine spot, we soak it up with a dry old washrag, then spray the spot good with their cleaning agent and then put down a folded damp old wash rag with a weight on it for several hours or even over night. The damp washrag wicks up the deeper urine. With this process we are able to keep those white carpets white and smelling fresh. If you have old difficult pet stains in my opinion, Citrus is the first one you should call. Wish we had found them before the other 3-4 carpet cleaning companies and would have save close to $1,000. I could not be more pleased with the service i received from Citrus Fresh! I am so thrilled and here is why. 1. I came to Citrus fresh because my 7month old lab puppy escaped his crate while I was out of the house and wreaked absolute havoc in my master bedroom. You name it, he did it. He also got ahold of one of my blushes and smeared it into the carpet. This was a creme based blush, basically the consistency of mud. Disastrous. My brand new carpet that was installed in February of 2015 looked like a crime scene. I tried my best to get it up myself but the room continued to smell and the blush stain would not go away. I was ready to accept the fact that my carpet was permanently ruined. 2. I scheduled CF because of the awesome reviews and reasonable pricing. I took advantage of the special and had them clean all three bedrooms in the house as well as the hallway. 3. My technician Richard was scheduled to arrive between 11-1pm. At 10:30am I got a call from him saying he was in the area and would be there soon. He arrived at 11am on the dot. 4. We walked through the house as he answered all of my questions. Extremely professional, personable and nice! Richard is the man. 5. Richard was done in an hour and a half. I did a walk through at his suggestion and it was all perfect. The best part - the blush stain was completely GONE! I could not believe it. My carpets look as good as they did the day they were installed. Thank you Richard! If you guys haven't tried out CitrusFresh Carpet Cleaning please do it now, because their work is AMAZING. I had a few stains in my living room which came out, and whatever they use I bet no other cleaning company has it. They not only clean your carpet to perfection, but they vacuum your carpet afterwards. Also, wipe down your base boards when they finish, and that is just OUTSTANDING. My carpet cleaner name was Richard H. and he was the coolest carpet cleaner I've ever met in my life. He reassured me that he would do his best to perfect my carpet with getting those stains out. GUESS WHAT? He not only did it, but he has my carpet looking like I just moved in. Since, I've found me a great carpet cleaning company, I'll be calling them every 6 months. OH! YEH! They have GREAT PRICES, and you can't beat a great price, great service, & EXCELLENT CARPET CLEANING. I couldn't have gone with any other carpet cleaning service in Atlanta, but these guys. My carpet isn't drenched with WATER like it would've been with most companies. I say it'll probably dry in a few, and that's also amazing. So glad that, I looked at their reviews prior to calling. My experiences with carpet cleaners in the past has not been great. Carpets wet for days, carpets that were not any cleaner, sketchy people showing up in cars...I put off getting my carpet cleaned for a while because I did not have a lot of hope. I should have called CitrusFresh sooner. This company is THE BEST! Prior to scheduling, I did look up reviews online and was surprised to find so many people crazy for carpet cleaning. Now I know why. The whole experience was great! Their website was informative and my call to schedule the cleaning was answered promptly by a friendly person (apologies on forgetting the name) who got my information quickly and scheduled me in minutes. The company called me a couple days ahead of time to confirm. On the day of the cleaning (at 8:00am!), I got a call from Jaray 20 minutes ahead of time. He arrived, also a few minutes ahead of time, and we walked through the area to be cleaned. He listened attentively to what I pointed out and asked several questions. He was incredibly polite, friendly and funny (!), yet still incredibly professional. (The fact that he knew about Premier League soccer was just icing on the cake. Well done, Jaray.) I have had my carpets professionally cleaned in other homes that I lived in and want to say that CitrusFresh was by far the best experience that I've ever had. The sweetest couple called me about 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to let me know that they were on the way. They arrived early (with a pleasant smile on their face) and immediately got to work a little before 9am. After we did a brief walk through, they re-confirmed the price and got started. I admit that the carpets were in bad shape with heavy pet stains and were soiled in the high traffic areas but at the end of the cleaning they looked and smelled brand new. Our home is 2500 sq ft (4 beds/2 family rooms/2 staircases with carpet) but before I knew it, they were done. They were very fast but also took the time to focus on heavier stained areas. My boyfriend could not believe that it was the same carpet when he arrived home from work. The house smelled amazing and they even left me a bottle of cleaner for any future stains. I was extremely impressed with Citrus Fresh! This is the first time I used this carpet cleaning service (after MANY others) and this was like no other. They were extremely professional from the moment I scheduled the appointment to payment. It was great to know who was coming to the house (including a photo!) and the very detailed prep email was great. The email communication was extremely clear and my technician, Richard, knew everything about his products and services and did an outstanding time. He called when he was on his way and was on-time. He walked all the rooms with me first asking about concerns and then did a great, thorough, SLOW and meticulous job. He was able to get spots out of a throw rug that a very expensive custom cleaner (who charged me 3x the price) could not. Richard even told me to go onto their website to get a sizable coupon to use for the service that day. That NEVER seems to happen for me. I have NO concerns using CitrusFresh and am very happy referring them. I cannot say enough good things about this company that would do them justice! My experience from the minute I called to book the appointment, to the follow up leading to the appointment as well as the service itself was outstanding. My tech arrived early and was polite and professional. While he worked hard in my home to restore my carpets, the result was not as good as we both expected due to faulty equipment/malfunction. I called and spoke to Bonnie at the office and she immediately expressed her apologies and within an hour she sent Ryan over with new equipment to correct the situation. Ryan literally redid my entire home, patiently taking care of every square inch till he restored my carpets to almost as good as new not to mention the amazing clean citrus scent that lingered. I did not expect him to redo the entire job! Unbelievable customer service that just blew my mind. It now fully makes sense why this company has such amazing reviews. Very happy with the carpet cleaning done by CitrusFresh. Steve was very polite and my 8 year old son enjoyed making small talk with him. He was on time and even called me before he arrived and finished the job pretty quick. 2 hours : 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, hallway and stairs. The carpet is spotless and it smells so fresh. Excellent price also. I do like to pay a bit more for excellent service and customer service. Book with Steve to have your carpet cleaned. Excellent manners and customer service! I also love the fact that you can book the service online and they have a courtesy call the day before. Steve even left a complimentary bottle of spot treatment which is greatly appreciated. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning. I generally get my carpets cleaned twice a year. Every time they come out to my house I am blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism by the technician. William was our tech for this most recent cleaning. He was friendly, efficient and fast! The entire process took about 2 hours. Efficiency is something I value with two small kids and a busy schedule. The main thing that drew me to Citrus initially was the all natural ingredients. With toddlers crawling all over my house, I am very picky about what goes on my floors and surfaces. Being able to get clean carpets with out ANY chemicals and a clean, fresh scent is a huge plus for Citrus! I was also very impressed with the scheduling and appointment reminders. Citrus Fresh cleaned carpets today, and I couldn't be more pleased. Before they came, I thought my only option in one room was to replace all the flooring. But I am so glad I gave Citrus Fresh a shot first. My carpets look brand new - muddy pawprints and other pet stains are totally gone. All that is left is a citrus-fresh scent. No chemicals used here, which is a must in my home given pets and babies. Richard and Colvin arrived on time and were courteous and polite, wearing booties so as not to track in any mud or debris. I went about my day while they cleaned the areas, and I was able to check all rooms and address any concerns before they left. Color us impressed and happy! I knew this was going to be good starting with my call to Citrus Fresh. I did not write down the name of the informative and polite lady I spoke with but she was very helpful. We are getting the house ready to put on the market so imagine my surprise when she said they could come in 2 days..on a Sunday! Koven D., Carpet Care Associate, was a joy! He explained what he was going to do and made special note of some nasty pet stains and make-up stains from the teenager. After cleaning three bedrooms he asked us to look and make sure all was good before he continued with the hall and stairs. Good?....FABULOUS! These carpets are 10 years old so they dont look new again but ten years of pet and kid grime is gone! Koven then finished the hall and stairs. The carpets are clean! Koven even left us some disposable shoe covers to use for a few hours until the carpet dried. The citrus smell was a bit strong at first but that quickly dissipated and now it's a nice, clean scent. read more

My mother usually has the carpets cleaned before the holiday season. She's become very environmentally conscious in recent years and didn't want to use a cleaning service that used a slurry of chemicals. She found Citrus Fresh (a more environmentally friendly option) as an alternative and they were able to remove stubborn stains that previous cleaning services were unable to lift. The carpet looks and smells both clean and fresh. The service alone would warrant a 5 star review. Great value. In addition to fantastic service the employees/cleaners were cordial, respectful, and they worked hard/timely. The first gentlemen's names was Richard and unfortunately the other escapes me as I write this. I appreciate your work and wanted to thank you for taking great care of my mother. I just recently got a new puppy for Christmas and she is just starting to use the training pads so I decided to go ahead and get my carpets cleaned since I had quit a bit of pee stains all over they scheduled an appointment for the next day which I was happy they had availability so quickly!! She told me they would arrive in between 11-12 and just as they said my guy Richard H from there called and was in right even b4 11 so he got there around 11:30 and finished up about 12:40 so about an hour and 10 minutes for my 2 bedroom apt but my rooms are pretty spacious and the pee stains were I guess time consuming to get out but nevertheless he got it done and was very nice and polite! The job done was very good I didn't expect all the stains to come out but they did! Overall great job and I will be using again! Also I was turned down by sears because I was in an apartment higher than the first floor which was soo stupid but whatever this place was reasonable priced for the work!!! read more

Everything went very well and we couldn't be more thrilled with the way our carpets look. I called to schedule the appointment and got voicemail. I left a message and received a callback within 5 minutes. The lady that called back was very friendly and was willing to work with my tight schedule. I was very please that they were able to coome out with such short notice. We had a sick dog and needed to have the carpets cleaned ASAP. They were able to make it out that afternoon and are carpets look as great as they did when we moved in. I really liked the light fresh scent of Citrus and the fact that they were able to use an anti-microbial product on the areas my dog got sick. It was nice to know that they were using something to treat the germs, rather than something that just made it look better.The guy who came out to clean was very friendly and was able to complete the job in a very timely fashion. I have nothing but great things to say about CitruSolution! We had a dog stay in our apartment over the weekend and he peed too many times to count on our cream carpet. I called on Monday and had an appointment for Thursday the same week. Justin, who did the cleaning, was super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He cleaned our living room/dinning area and a hallway in less than 30 mins! And to top it off, he gave me a huge bottle of the same cleaner for future use. As soon as he left, I immediately cleaned a couch cushion that had a blood stain on it and it came right off! The cleaning solution is has a very light/airy citrus smell that I love. Today made my second time using CitrusFresh Carpet Cleaning. The first time was April 12, 2015 at my brother's house. We were planning on taking up the carpet & putting in hardwood floors, because the carpet was/is cheap. Over 8 years, we've had carpet cleaners come in & they could never get all the stains completely up & the common statement was that the carpet was cheap and the traffic soil was set in. After Richard H (CitrusFresh Cleaning) left, my brother sent my mom & I pics and the carpet looked like Day 1. Needless to say, the carpet is still down which saved us a big expense. Over the Thanksgiving holidays, my cousin brought her 2 shitzus (untrained), combined with my dogs hair, it was time for some real carpet cleaning..
