He went out of his way to let me know the boxes in my house should be removed as soon as possible to avoid bugs getting into them. He explained the process throughly, and was very nice. I reached out to Wayne after a quick Yelp search. He was responded quickly to my direct message about his services. I ended up getting sick so I was not able to respond back right away. Amazinggg service!!! I made an appointment for a Saturday for my 1st time service. I realized the previous pest company I had hired wasn't doing the job. I had saw really good reviews about this company here on Yelp so I decided to give them a buzz... Wayne told me what time he was going to be at my house on Saturday and traffic had put him a bit behind, but he was excellent at communicating ETAs. When he arrived, it was him and his son. Kuma is a wonderful pest control "full service" company. I have found Wayne to be extremely responsive, caring, and very honest. I accidentally paid a bill twice and he let me know immediately that I had overpaid! I use his service remotely as I'm paying for his service at my granddaughters' home and I live in North Carolina.
