This company makes attractive, durable recliners. I've had one for several years and absolutely love it. Twice when some minor thing went wrong, they immediately fixed the problem. I have never had to wait on hold nor navigate through complicated phone trees. I am retired and in my entire life, I would place the service of this company in the 99th percentile of all companies I've ever had to deal with. I would consider these products an excellent value because they don't cheap out on materials. The design is excellent because no matter what I want to do, sit up and eat dinner off a tray, lie back a bit and read a book, or recline fully to catch a quick snooze, I can always position it to be comfortable. I docked one star for two reasons. I called customer service at 3:45 pm on Friday only to hear a message asking me to call back during normal business hours, M-F 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. I frown on leaving early. The more important reason is their shipping. I purchased a chair to be delivered two weeks later. At that time I received an email stating the chair shipped, but tracking information can take up to 48 hours. I called 48 hours later and was sent an email where I could select when to receive the delivery. It was Friday, and the next available day was Monday. I selected that, to learn that it was taken, the next slot being Wednesday, 6am - 4pm. This is one week after my original requested delivery date. Had I not called, I believe it would have never been shipped. A window that starts at 6 am and lasts all day is absurd- you have to wake up at 6 and potentially stay at home all day waiting for your chair. They need to change their carrier. read more

We've had our Seatcraft Vienna theater loveseat from 4Seating for several years now and only recently ran into a small issue with one of our side trays. After submitting an online inquiry just a day or two ago, I was just contacted by a delightful young gal named Megan. She was exceptionally helpful in taking care of our issue, and in this day and age, customer service - or at least good customer service - can be very hard to come by. My experience was top notch! Dealt with Dario and he took great care of me. He took time to explain all the details and remembered me from a prior visit. Paid a little extra for the rumble package and had them install and it was totally worth every penny. Purchased on a Wed delivery showed up at home on Fri unannounced. Fortunately I was home and able to accept the delivery but they did not call for a scheduled time as promised. So maybe if I missed the delivery that would have caused complications. Now 3 years later, my couch is literally falling apart showing the fake leather which was another lie, and a complete collapse in the center frame, even though I was told this was the big robust heavy duty model and I paid a premium. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE! They are liars, they have no credibility, and they sell overpriced junk that you can probably get on Amazon for 25% of their asking price. I asked for assistance and was told that I should have bought the warranty. I would think that spending $3000 on a quality couch, I would not need a warranty for at least 10, if not 20 to 30 years. Certainly not 3. Now the fake leather is peeling, the frame has collapsed, and I have a $3000 pile of JUNK that I have to replace. I contacted the company (Orbo Corp/Eurotec) looking for a replacement part for one of my theater seats. Luckily I was transferred to Customer Service Representative Manuel Gonzalez. It was excellent dealing with him. He took the time for me to describe the issue and the type/model/brand of seat. I have had these seats for years and thoroughly enjoy them. They are also well built. I was able to send pictures of the seat and the part needed. Mr. Gonzalez assured me he would research my information to determine if the part was still available. A few weeks later Mr. Gonzalez advised me he had found the part and sent me all the information need to purchase the part. Besides his diligent work, I could not believe how reasonable the price was for the part. I can't believe how pleasant it was to deal with this company to find the replacement part. Most companies wouldn't be bothered. Mr. Gonzalez was the person who made this experience so easy and pleasant. He is a definite asset to this company. read more

I purchased the luminous package seats as a Christmas gift to myself. The Italian leather is soft and supple. The seats are super comfortable and the adjustable lumbar is perfect for sitting for long periods. The heating and massage can put you right to sleep.. very solid furniture, which will last a long time. The only downside is that you have to be patient and wait for delivery and make sure you order the white glove delivery. They set up your furniture and haul away all the cardboard and packaging. if you this is the way to go. read more

The motors have gone loveseat. The stitching has been coming undone. The leather has worn off and to make matters worse the protection plan that I ordered is horrible and won't cover any of it. I am quite surprised by some of the reviews. This company is amazing! I ordered through Amazon last July but contacted them directly to add in some things like white glove delivery. They also matched the price on their website so they sent a credit against what I paid on Amazon. That in itself is incredible! Well, we had some issues with the seats (9 months later!!) and they took care of us immediately. The customer service we received is the best I have ever gotten from Any company. We bought the Seatcraft Sienna Black Leather theater seats in a row of 4 from 4Seating. I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone looking for quality seats and outstanding customer service! I first called and spoke with Joseph to inquire about the size of the seats, trying to figure out what would fit in our space. He was very helpful, friendly and invited us to come to the showroom to check out the different seats. I'm very happy we went to the showroom even though it was over an hour away. It was worth it to meet Manny who helped us and answered all of our questions.Not only was he friendly and professional, but he was super knowledgeable about the products. Our seats were delivered sooner than we expected. My husband and I set them up and there was a small clip part that was broken on one of the cords and we were missing one of the accessories that we ordered. I called Manny up and he made sure to get those items sent out to us as soon as they were available. A couple months later, one of our trays became stuck and my husband found a forum online on how to remove it. We called up Manny again and he told us not to worry, he sent us out a new tray table with a new mount right away and my husband and I were able to fix it. First off, there are very few show rooms in America to actually view home theater seats. Sure, there are furniture stores that have theater seats, but they're very limited, poor quality, and old models. My wife and I were getting very frustrated because we knew there had to be better theater seats, but it was getting to be hopeless when it came to finding where we could try some out. We had theater seats before from another company and were extremely unhappy with them in terms of quality and comfort so we really wanted to make sure our new seats were going to be a lot better. Go to 4Seating if you're at all in the area or would be willing to take a vacation to Southern California... it's totally worth it! We had seen numerous ads online for theater seats, but none with locations where we could try before we buy. This presented a problem for many reasons. I'm tall and my wife is petite. I do heavy workouts and need to be able to relax in a good seat, and my wife has issues which can make seating excruciatingly painful if it's not just right. We met with Dario, and he was just incredible! He asked us several questions and then showed us some models. He told us to take our time with each and see how comfortable the seats were over time. He was extraordinarily patient. Dario was also not sales-driven. He seemed perfectly ok if we didn't purchase anything and just wanted to help find what was right for us. We found multiple options that we really liked, but one model in particular seemed perfect in terms of comfort, style, and it has all the bells and whistles. If you can't visit La Habra... Dario is an expert at his craft. He's able to ask all the right questions that will result in matching you up with the right theater seats. Warning this company will lie to you! I need to update my original review from the 5 star to a 1 star. We drive to the showroom in La Habra; about a 5 hour round trip. Selected the seating, the salesman confirmed multiple times he had multiple units in stock. We paid and add delivery. Was told about 10 days for delivery. After 8 days of no updates from 4seating.com, we called them. At first they couldn't find the order, so they said they'd get back to us. After still no update the next day, we called again. This time I was told the item was on back order and it would take a minimum of 16 -18 weeks. As we tried to find out what happened, the company really didn't seem to care. I bought a Kodiack Recliner and they told me it was in stock and would ship out on Monday. By Monday I had not received a tracking number so I called and they tell me it is on BACKORDER and wont ship for 2 weeks. I finally get a tracking number and the freight company calls me on a Friday telling me It will be delivered on Monday. I tell them I am not available to received shipment on that day and we agree on Tuesday. I request a morning delivery and the gal tells me "I'll pass that on". I drive over to my buddy's cabin, where I want it delivered and sit there ALL DAMN DAY and finally call 4seating customer service around 3pm and they tell me that it is scheduled for delivery on WEDNESDAY between 1 and 3pm. I say well thanks for telling me! They never called or texted me that my delivery was rescheduled. I do not recommend this company to anybody because they lie and try and bullshit me. Not pleased. I placed an order online 1/30/23 from 4seating.com for a black 5 seat reclining chair which was labeled IN-STOCK and ready to be shipped within 24 hours (per their website.) I was hoping to receive this by superbowl weekend. Received an email that it had shipped within that timeframe,. After a call to 4seating.com they said shipping time was delayed (due to weather in Texas) even though this item said online that it was in stock in La Habra, CA which is 45 minutes from my house. When my husband called later, another agent said the shipping company had actually had the couches since Wed 2/15/23 and she did not know why they did not deliver them yet. Since this was now mid day on Friday 2/9/23, there was no same day delivery even though they have been holding the pallets for at least 2 days. Next update on Friday 2/9/23 is a delivery confirmation window on Monday 2/13/23 that REQUIRES someone to be present to sign from 8am-noon. On 2/13/23 the shipment arrives only 1of 2 pallets are delivered. Delivery man has no idea and tell to call 4 seating. 4seating says they shipped it and the shipper must have it still. She said they will do an "investigation" and they have 3 days to respond. She gives me the shipping company info and I call them to try and see if they can locate the missing pallet. She says this is not a "time sensitive" delivery and that they have 3 days to respond back to me with an update. Update as follows as I have my fingers crossed to receive it by President's days weekend even though no one has given me any timeline. SO disappointed in my synthetic gel seats that we purchased from 4Seating (La Habra) for our theater room, with no outside light. During this recent heat wave chairs started "melting" where outer material dis-bonded from the chair's medium. I would consider this a "factory" defect as these chairs are only "lightly" used with only my wife and I in our home! Even worse was 4 -Seating's response: "According to label you supplied those seats are Leather Gel which is a synthetic material. The seats you purchased in December are leather seats so you should not see peeling like this on those."
