Generally I don't notice this type of treatment, but while shopping for my antique collection I stumbled upon this store. I walked in and I guess because I dressed casual I was looked upon as poor so I wasn't greeted by any of the three employees working until I was more than half way done. Three ladies walked in a bit after me and were greeted with an extremely happy greeting. Sadly I didn't buy anything because of that. They should realize they should not judge a book by its cover and treat everyone the same. My husband and I decided to look for interesting Christmas decorations and dropped by Sunday afternoon. As we walked in another customer walked in and noticed my husband's post surgery shoulder brace, and introduced herself as an orthopedic RN. She was friendly and asked how he was healing. We must have talked for around a minute when a young man who works there came up to us and said something we didn't understand. Probably "ok folks" to rudely break us up and shop! The owner, a blond much older lady had sent him. She goes around just checking on you. Not at all friendly, even though I bought close to $100.00 in 3 objects. When paying, same staff member made a remark about customers all finally gone. Sad, save yourself the horrible customer service and for such pricey items (in La Habrá ?) go to Rogers Garden in Newport Beach, same merchandise but excellent customer service! read more

I attended the holiday open house this year and it was a well planned event from start to end. Tony, Steve and their staff did a fantastic job on creating an enchanted holiday evening. They offered drinks, food, and a dessert table that guests were able to enjoy during their visit in the store. You can find many items and furniture pieces that could turn your house into a home!! Their items also range from kitchen essentials, to candles, to artwork, etc etc. I also heard Steve calling his customers by name, which shows professionalism and how personable they can be! The workers, I think they might've ben the owners were vey sweet. They asked if I needed help looking for anything, or if i was looking for something in particular. They seemed very attentive but without being bug a boos : ) Everything in there is very sexy, & romantic. Soft colors, browns & bronze. The frames and crosses are very bling which I completely fell in love with. The prices are a tad bit steep however the quality seems very good. I will be back again to purchase. Terrible customer service, We drove up from south orange county after seeing their ad .We got there at 11:54 am on Sunday ( they open at 12 noon ) and the door was locked, then a sale girl opened the door , pushed a bunch of furniture and accessories on to the side walk for dislpayed then went back inside, locked the door again and made us wait outside. I mean , come on , it is 6 minutes !! They spend thousands of dollars to get people to come to the store and not even let them in ?? IT WAS 6 MINUTES !!! This gave us the impression that any further customer care would be bad as well. We left and spent our money else where. This is a beautiful store, with lovely merchandise, however, in the several times I have shopped and made purchases, the staff is VERY unfriendly. My friends and I were there today and then went to Pier 1 - what a difference! We were greeted warmly and asked several times if we were finding what we needed.
