We scheduled a replacement, waited for them to show up, and when the technicians finally arrived... they didn't even bring all the necessary parts to assemble it. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake right away, they told us it's going to take an entire month just to come back with the missing parts. So now we're left sitting with a half-assembled, unusable bed frame taking up space in our bedroom for four weeks because of their incompetence. No urgency, no customer care, and cheap furniture. We will hold your items for 7 days from the date of Ready for Pickup email. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled and payment refunded.
