Do not buy from Roma Furniture, they damaged my hard wood floors during delivery and the owner Kevin became extremely hostile when I brought it to his attention and refused to compensate us for the damages his team caused even though we had proof that they dragged a broken dolly through the floor. Originally he apologized and asked me to find someone to come address the scratches, once I found someone to come fix the damages, he backpedaled and said to "sue him" in order to be compensated. I brought in a rug to determine the best colors for a sofa, and Kevin was patient, making great recommendations without any pressure. I was looking for a longer and more comfortable couch, possibly a sleeper or modular option. Kevin took the time to explain the pros and cons of each, including their comfort levels (or lackof). For about the same (or less) cost as an out-of-the box couch from Costco, Ashley, etc., he helped me design a custom couch with a chaise that perfectly fits my living room. A bit of back story before my purchase. I had spent the entire 2024 searching for new sectional couches. But I specifically wanted the fabric to be black corduroy, which was not an easy task. I searched online stores, went to furniture stores in person to see what my options where. It was to the point that I was just going to settle for anything because I really needed to replace my old sectional, but I had a hard time with going the route of ordering online. I had found a sectional with what I was looking for online and Roma furniture came up on my search indicating I could get it from them for a cheaper price. We took a trip to the shop and the price I was given was more than I was willing to pay for something I didnt love. Kevin who was very friendly and greeted us when we came in, and did not hound us to make a purchase. He told me that he could customize a couch for me to my exact wants. There was a sectional in the store that I knew was going to be way to big for my apartment, so he was able to get remove an entire section from the measurements to ensure that it would fit. PLUS, he had black corduroy fabric, couches ordered and paid for with expected delivery in 2-3 weeks. That time came and he called me the day before to let me know there was going to be a delay due to the fabric not being available yet. He gave me the option for something else but I decided to wait the extra couple of weeks to get what I wanted. Got the call even earlier that they where ready and being delivered that day. I paid the delivery guys $80 to take my old sectional which was worth it. Plus I have a closed in stairway to my door on the 2nd floor and one part of the sectional did not fit. They took the window out of the dining room and pulled it up and got it in. I was so worried it was going to be all for nothing, but these guys where professional and got my couches in side with no rips. I would recommend Romas to anyone who wants a customized piece of furniture at a great price. Plus it came with 3 pillows with color, fabric and shape of my choice. read more

The following day (Sunday), my wife and I returned to Roma Furniture and told Kevin that we would purchase the circular leather recliner set that we had liked the previous day. We purchased the set and scheduled a delivery date. Roma offers "haul-away" services and no other furniture stores offered this service. Kevin has his own delivery and repairmen. Kevin's delivery men were on-time for the schedule delivery. They hauled away our old circular leather furniture and setup the new furniture set. When one of the sofas didn't electronically recline, I called Kevin to report this. His repairman was there the next day to fix it. It had to be replaced and that occurred rapidly as well.
