Since ordering a new platform would have required quite a bit of lead, assuming they even had the part in stock, Tim devised a way to fashion a replacement bracket of hardened steel that could be bolted on that very afternoon. Saving me a ton of down time, an additional trip to your location, and I imagine, quite a bit of money. The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, resulting in no additional down time for my lift. I has been two weeks and I am quite pleased with the way my lift is working since its repair. I really appreciate the care that Tim took in assisting me. As my main mobility scooter weighs 250lb, so I really depend on my lift being operational. And I appreciate Tim's determination to get me back on the road as soon as possible The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, and I was back up and running that same day. Joy stick was inoperable and obsolete which tracfab stated would require a new joystick as well as a new control module. They still had 1 new one on the shelf for 2900 plus. They would not tell me the brand or model just that is what they are using at the present time. If I didn't buy the one they had it could be 60 to 90 days before another shipment came in. Ordered the parts they arrived about 1 week later. Installed and wheelchair still was not working. After a couple hrs of testing and chasing error codes on Google problem was a bad conecctor on main battery connector to the mobile. Contacted tracfab for a new end. Never got a reply. Found on ebay to 5.00 dollars came in installed and chair seems to be working great now. Tracfab states they don't answer the ph due to prank calls and scams. I believe it more because they got tired of customers calling to complain about service. Befor you purchase anything from tracfab ask for a copy of their warranty befor you buy. There is no warranty once the package has been opened. My son loves his chair it has opened up a whole new level of outdoor fun for him. All terrain vehicle for handicapped people are great. Last winter the entire store renovated an empty storefront on Wilmington Road. They put in a drive through window and offer free delivery! What's not to like? The automated refill system is easy and painless. If there's a question, a clerk will call you back to clarify. They take my insurance even when it changed this year. The pharmacist knows me and called a few months ago to go over my scripts and answer questions. I found out that one of my scripts should be taken at night instead of mornings. I love the clean look and brightly lit store, the newer carts and the convenient location. Our family has moved all of our scripts here. Check it out for yourself.
