Also, for those wondering where they can get inspections, repairs, and modifications done on their high tops. While they are now known primarily for their Mobility Vans, Keystone Coach Works started out as a Van Conversion company. Their bays are high enough to lift the tallest vans, as they frequently build and maintain transport buses. I highly recommend them.

Since ordering a new platform would have required quite a bit of lead, assuming they even had the part in stock, Tim devised a way to fashion a replacement bracket of hardened steel that could be bolted on that very afternoon. Saving me a ton of down time, an additional trip to your location, and I imagine, quite a bit of money. The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, resulting in no additional down time for my lift. I has been two weeks and I am quite pleased with the way my lift is working since its repair. I really appreciate the care that Tim took in assisting me. As my main mobility scooter weighs 250lb, so I really depend on my lift being operational. And I appreciate Tim's determination to get me back on the road as soon as possible The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, and I was back up and running that same day. I received quality, personalized professional service and they impressed me by topping off all fluids and added air as needed! Mike fixed it right on the spot. It just had a few wires that were loose and were disconnected. He fixed those right away, tightened up the clips so they wouldn't come loose again. He checked everything else to be sure everything else was working. He even checked my charger to make sure it was charging correctly. They were so nice. I would recommend them to anybody. I walked out 20 minutes later with my scooter working perfectly!

We have witnessed employees speaking negatively about customers to other customers, which is highly unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, staff frequently provide inaccurate information and seem unwilling to assist when questions arise. The sarcastic and insensitive signage displayed in the lobby only reinforces the impression that customers are viewed as an annoyance rather than valued patrons. It is very unfortunate to see a local family owned business not value their customers and develop this reputation.
