My fiancé bought his bike from Vincent back in October, and nine months later, we came back for a tune-up--not because anything was wrong, but because we wanted the bike to ride as smoothly as the day it was bought. Not only was I able to easily get in touch with the shop, but I was also able to meet Vincent himself the same day. That level of accessibility and care is almost unheard of these days. Despite it being a scorching 94 degrees outside, Vincent jumped right in--checking, adjusting, and re-tuning everything with such speed, knowledge, and passion. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we understood the condition of the bike and how to keep it in top shape going forward. And the best part? He did all of this for just twenty dollars. Seriously--$20 for professional, thoughtful, and thorough work. Of course, we made sure to give him a well-deserved tip, because his time and effort were worth so much more. Very cute bike and has been very reliable in the week we've had it. Charges fully in about 4-5 hrs and really does last a min of 50 miles. She's already ridden it all over town with her friends either riding on the back or with their own bikes. I did add some axle mounted rear pegs for passengers. The sales woman was informative and let both me and my daughter test ride the bike before we purchased. Also showed us the service area since they can do in house repairs, upgrades, tires, etc on site. They have some moderately priced bikes up to some more expensive models in stock and even had some smaller bikes for younger kids. Definitely recommend Rebel Bikes if you're looking in the Temecula/Murrieta area.
