The worst company ever. Dropped my scooter here. Quoted 2 days. Has been 2 months. They never pick up the phone. When they do pick up they put me on hold for 10 min until I hang up. Shop is small but had a ton of variety (all e-bikes of course). My daughter settled on the Emojo Streetrod in a blue color. Very cute bike and has been very reliable in the week we've had it. Charges fully in about 4-5 hrs and really does last a min of 50 miles. She's already ridden it all over town with her friends either riding on the back or with their own bikes. I did add some axle mounted rear pegs for passengers. The sales woman was informative and let both me and my daughter test ride the bike before we purchased. Also showed us the service area since they can do in house repairs, upgrades, tires, etc on site. They have some moderately priced bikes up to some more expensive models in stock and even had some smaller bikes for younger kids. Definitely recommend Rebel Bikes if you're looking in the Temecula/Murrieta area. read more

I wouldn't really bring my bike here to get repaired unless it's one they absolutely sell and deal with all the time. We had two bikes repaired there and it took multiple weeks and spent 100s of dollars and the bikes still don't work. I wish I could give this 0 stars. I was absolutely blown away by the price. It was gonking cost to put an inner tube in my son's tire. About $120. I should have said no for that, but I figured I would give this place a chance since it was recommended from Temecula motorsports. When I receive the wheel the next day, not only did they scratch rim they spray painted it black to try to hide it. By the way, they did not even tell me that they damaged the hide it. The only reason now is because they did a very bad job hiding the damage because they spray paint and the spokes also. When I went next day, the owner who on the phone was one of the meanest people we've ever spoke to refuse to give us any kind of a refund, told us we should have known the rim was going to be damaged. Fortunately, for us, there was a worker there who took herself to make situation as good as she possibly could by giving for what we spent and took the paint off the spokes. Leaving us still with the damage rim. On the phone, the owner told us to quit Whining and she wasn't going to give any type of refund. This owner is a awful business person. If this is the way she does business I don't know how they stay open. read more

Stay away!!! Awful customer service!! Wish I could give negative stars!! We brought our e-bike in to get repaired in December. After a month, they had it "fixed" said they did a slow charge.?? We rode it for 5 mins and same issue happened. Another month later ..they still couldn't fix it but charged us $200 (even though the bike still didn't work). They refused to give us our bike back if we didn't pay $200. How ridiculous is that. We will NEVER be back!! read more

She asked questions about our needs and wants, what the purpose was, and what my son wanted. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Avoid Rebel Bikes at All Costs - Horrible Experience! I am absolutely disgusted with my experience at Rebel Bikes. We bought a $2000 e-bike, and within just 6 months, we had to spend an additional $800 on repairs! But it doesn't stop there. The motor completely failed, and when I contacted them for help, they had the audacity to blame us for the issue. After weeks of being ignored, I finally get a voicemail from the owner, Shelly. Let me tell you, it was noticeably rude. She said the bike was "fixed" and it would cost another $600. I called back within an hour, only to be met with more radio silence. Shelly finally returned my call after a whole week. I told her I never authorized the repair and requested a full refund, then she rudely told me I have two "options" -- pay for the repair or they would reinstall the old broken motor. I refused to pay for repairs I never authorized, and without hesitation, Shelly hung up on me. I've never been treated so poorly by a company, especially one claiming to provide quality service. Shelly's behavior tells you everything you need to know about how this business is run. It's clear they don't care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Rebel Bikes. There are much better options out there with reasonable prices and actual customer service. You'll regret giving them your business. read more

Just left this establishment and we were about to purchase a bike and then her husband came and totally screwed up the experience. Being a local business owner in the same area I was appalled by his comments. We were testing out a bike that his wife said was a great fit for our daughter and my wife. We were going to buy 2 a purple and a cream. We wanted our son to test it out also and he had to be rude regarding it. It's the business loss of almost 3k cash. My wife and I rode on a bike tour to Indian Springs. To save money we rented traditional bikes. I rest of the group road on E-bikes. We were fortunate to have Ben as our guide. Ben was knowledgeable about the Palm Springs are helped us understand the typography and history of the area. Actually Ben was the high point of the trip. Yes the palm trees and natural spring we great. Yet Ben's knowledge of the area helped us understand what we were seeing. If you plan to take this tour we recommend using the e-bikes. What an amazing place with so many cool bikes. Our son had some experience with the Super73 but after trying the Storm from Rebel Bikes, he quickly fell in love. They have my bike for 48 days and I was told that they would fix it and when I had gone to pick it up, they had messed up my pedal assist and they expected me to pay for the mistake that they had made. When I told them about the problem after picking it up, they said we will fix it for free. Have a good day. I went in today and was told that I will not be getting it fixed for free and that I need to pay to fix it. They do not have good customer service at all. They will continue to put your bike on hold. I do not recommend coming here. A warning if you do come here they will charge you $125 an hour for labor. In total, I ended up paying $698 for a $500 job. read more

They let him test it and we bought but when I tried buying it they would not give me a deal. The bike that was in the shop was 2,650 and they only give me $100 off. I spoke with the owner numerous times and she agreed to assist me with selling my Pedego bikes. She said that she'd send a van to my house on December 22nd or 23rd. I cleaned up the bikes and boxed up everything like brand new. I called her tonight, and she didn't have the decency to let me know she changed her mind. She had one of her employees tell me she decided NOT to take them at her shop. I have no problem changing your mind after corresponding for 2 weeks, but to have an employee let me know, only after I called. My guess is she was not planning on letting me know.
