I would give 5 but I %100 believe we were over charged for the items we got. We purchased a basic clear down stem that was $10 and the $3 for 10 they had for Incense . But somehow our total came out to $34 and some change. The female worker was already in a bad mood and seemed bothered she was even there. I asked how much the down stem was to confirm I wasn't tripping on the total, With an attitude she replied $10. I assumed he purchased something else. Nor did He question it further so I left it alone, but after leaving we in-fact only purchase the Stem and Incense so I couldn't help but think about it (lol). Adding in taxes it still did not add up to $34+... If anything it should've been around $23, We were %100 Overcharged. read more

Was a loyal customer. Yesterday i picked up an defective unsealed (maybe fake) loose leaf tobacco. Called in the morning to see if there's anything they could do, Alyssa, who is their cashier, answered and was really rude, unprofessional and honestly weirdly horrible with us when we were trying to tell them of the product. She said she would call the manager, and then said there was nothing that could be done, which is fine because i'll just go to another smoke shop. She was off standish when asking when a manager was in so we could talk to them in person, since he wasn't in right now, where she denied providing information. but wanted to write a review to warn others that they are probably buying fake product or defective from the store and if you have a complaint, they will be rude, sorta defensive, and have horrible product and customer service. read more

This shop has a good variety of stuff but the vapes are way too expensive the people working( NOT THE OWNERS OR BOSSES) are super nice and have excellent customer service. The owner is not a nice dude and has really bad customer service. Super short not willing to answer questions without an horrible attitude. ( I feel like I'm charged more when he's ringing me up too , weird) Ive been nothing but nice and respectful to the guy. Maybe im the wrong ethnicity? Id rather spend my money elsewhere. I never do reviews, but after endless disappointment of trying to find the perfect smoke shop, I had to! A lot of smoke shops say they have vapes and never have mods.. or the owners never know what mods or juice to recommend.. not the case here. That's what made the difference for me, is the Owner. He let me look and try products until I was satisfied! Which was really nice to be valued as a customer. Now, let's talk cigars. NO SMOKE SHOPS IN THE IE HAVE QUALITY CIGARS! And that's simply because they don't have humidors. This is the best thing about Vibez is they cater to cigar smokers. I stopped by on my way to work in the am in a hurry and the lady was very rude to me she then proceeded to say I needed to have an Id I clearly was only holding my phone and an over 18 she states she has to now check everyone's, I turn around to go to my car , as the next customer comes up she says oh I need an id ? .... the worker reply's no you don't need One.. You're interacting with the owners, not employees, and they greeted us as soon as we entered. The shop had tons of quality products and they help you navigate the store. I'm a simple juul and occasional cigar, but they have them and at great prices! Wife was new to vaping and they have tons of 0% nicotine juice and every time we come in, they check it or clean it for her. BUT, vape supplies & cigars are not all you can find here.
