While I can't say everyone who does nails here is horrible I got my nails done and within five days 4 nails popped off. I went to get them fixed and they did do it for free all for me to just lose two more the next day. I'm not hard on my nails and this has never happened to me. I paid 80 dollars and this is not ok. Sadly I thought this was over priced for the quality of service. The foot massage was one of the worst I've had it didn't even feel like a massage and I asked for more pressure and they still didn't. I thought I saw they served drinks but they didn't while I was there. I also didn't realize till I left but the gel on one of my big toes was very much smudged And they didn't say anything. I went there approximately two weeks ago and I would say even less. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure and it mounted to a whopping $150 at this place. Now picture this, a week into this manicure my thumb starts peeling, however, I have never in life had a gel manicure start peeling on my finger. Today I went in around 11am and got a dip manicure from John! I called at around 10 am before the service to see if they had availability. The shop is very ascetically pleasing. I had some dip that needed to be removed from my last appointment at another shop. The removal was done within 15-20. I am very happy with the after product. John did an amazing job. This wasn't just a pedicure, it was an experience! Normally I'd be pretty hard-pressed to drop $100 on a pedicure, but I had seen this particular pedicure on Instagram and decided that I would treat myself after a rough week. It was totally worth the money, which was $85 plus tip. I walked in on a Thursday morning pretty soon after they opened. I was taken back to a chair immediately. My awesome tech, Abby, was with me for almost two full hours. She took a great amount of care with each part of this pedicure, and she was so pleasant and wonderful to interact with. Honestly, every single employee that I encountered was friendly! The Lush pedicure included products from Lush Cosmetics, a few different scrubs and lotions, incredible leg massage while those were applied, an orange mask, a cucumber mask, and a paraffin wax treatment. It also came with a complimentary mimosa with what tasted like maybe a pineapple orange juice. So yummy. My feet felt amazing after! I'm not certain if they simply don't have experience in customer service because they are a new company that is an LLC as of April 2022, but the experience (that I was excited for), ended up HORRIBLE and EMBARRASSING. I came in (at 4:35pm) as a party of 2 via walk-in (that, prior to, was confirmed over phone call). Upon check-in, I informed the 3 people at hostess/secretary desk that we needed both our feet and hands done (I specified on what product was on our feet and hands). -- They asked us to wait 10-15 minutes, so we left our cell number (just in case our wait time was shorter than that, as we went to Postino's which is the next door over, to get a glass of wine [at 4:50pm])...we got no call/text... So we returned in 13 minutes (at 5:03pm), but the techs assigned to us were literally MIA and being searched for in the back room and bathroom to the right. From there, we waited patiently, got our toes started--only for them to tell us that they cannot do our nails (AFTER taking off our gel and acrylic on our toes/feet). Reasoning for this was "we do not have an extra hour and a half to do the manicure/full set", because the hand nail tech had personal obligation to leave... --An hour and a half is a large enough and easily distinguished time frame that could have been seen as "non doable" since we called or walked-in. We were upset because we cancelled plans for the evening, drove to their location. WHO WOULD WANT TO GO TO TWO DIFFERENT PLACES FOR TWO DIFFERENT SERVICES? The excuse the nail technicians gave us was that they "need to leave at 7:00pm". I work at a hospital and I have plenty obligations and responsibilities at home. I NEVER tell our customers that I need to leave and cannot check them in or provide services, because I have personal responsibilities to attend to. That's simply bad service. They need to reevaluate and consider their customers time. On top of it all, when I sat down I was served a drink due to the $55 spending fee on services to be eligible for a free drink, BUT after being told they couldn't provide our hand/manicure services, the nail tech ( states she needs to "re-check" if I am eligible for the drink that I ALREADY had been served. Due to this, I began asking another employee to check my service fees for us, to REASSURE for THEM that I reached my limit....THEN I was asked to leave. MAYBE it was a coincidence that all these irritable mishaps occurred, but I have never been treated so poorly. Will not be returning. read more

When we got there we waited max 5 mins before being escorted to our amazing massage chairs. I got the lush pedicure and it was fantastic. It smelled amazing and looks fantastic. It even came with a cucumber leg mask. With real cucumber slices. Also they served us mimosas which like, who doesn't love a mimosa! I've been waiting for this nail bar to open in the neighborhood. So disappointment on my first visit. Called to make an appointment for a dip removal and then dip manicure. Told they don't take appointments for dip manicures, walk in only. That's fine. Didn't wait once I got to the salon. My technician was hard to communicate with. I asked for a dip soak off and she left me to soak for about five minutes before drilling the rest of my polish off. I had to stop her several times because I could feel my nails burning. I had a broken nail and the technician didn't even file my nails before she started applying the dip powder! Zero nail prep! I mean, she didn't even cut back my cuticles. Just went right for the dip powder. To fix my broken nail, she applied too many layers of powder (photo below) for a simple corner that could have been filed down. The thing that got me was that the tech used her own bare nails to push my cuticles back once dip was applied! I was revolted. She used her nails to scrape around my nail bed to clean up the application. When I asked her if she could fix the amount of dip product under my nail, she used her bare nails again to try and crack it off? I was disgusted. I saw no licenses or registries or certifications on display in the salon, so I'm not even sure the technicians are licensed? Very disappointed for a "discounted" $40 manicure. read more
