The staff has always been pleasant and professional to me but also keep in mind when I go with an order I come prepared with the files and what colors and materials I want to speed the process up but to also make it easier on them and to eliminate confusion. The prices are very reasonable especially for doing prototypes of designs I want to try before making multiple. I've never tried to pay with anything but cash but hey what's the big deal that can be gotten easier from the bank and if it saves me from paying them more to cover the costs of using cards due to service fees and such then that is ok.

Do not recommend for the following reasons…read more Pricing: got two shirts with a basic stitching and was charged $100. Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. If you are looking for great quality at better prices. Go to Team Uniform or LoudPrint. This place is more of a mass manufacturing embroidery shop. Not for small custom jobs.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. I understand on such short notice it is not always feasible to make such orders, but Chris was fortunately able to accommodate me and even surpass my expectations in such a short amount of time. I am a preschool teacher for a public school district in Orange County and desired t shirts for each graduating student transitioning to Kindergarten. I sent him a photo of the shirts I wanted and requested the size, color, and additional writing. He was fast and efficient via email and sent me quotes and t shirt font options. And looked at their work on their Instagram @gogreenprinting. I was wary because they didn't list a website or a physical address but I took a chance. I sent in 1/2 the money via Venmo and they sent me a very professional invoice. I emailed a high resolution image via email for the t-shirts to gogreenprinting71@gmail.com. They texted me a proof of the actual shirts and within 2 weeks I had awesome shirts that I'm shipping to Hawaii. I ordered a few women's sizes and a few men's. They charged me a one time fee of $100 for the set up and $10 per shirt. Looking forward to placing more orders. It was worth the drive to Covina. When they were ready they texted me the address to pick them up.
