So I'm not a big fan of writing reviews because I understand that people may be going through stuff or just off days or whatever but was very disappointed at a conversation I had with one of the ladies I believe that works at the place either as the owner Candice's right hand woman or whatever she does. So I went in last week to speak to Candice and she seemed very nice and honest about her opinion on a sweater that I was trying to get printed which she didn't trust doing due to me having a lot of fancy patches and designs on it. So I understood that she didn't want to take a chance as well as her team on messing up the sweater. So she gave me a few suggestions that either I could order prints from "supacolor" or remove all the patches and bring it in which I wasn't gonna do since it took me already hours to stitch in the fabric. So her suggestion was to come back the following Monday to speak to her "employee" name Alana or something like that who was out of town at the time who she described was very nice and would be able to solve this issue or try to figure out a solution for me to get this sweater done. So I agreed okay sounds good and called back Monday as I said I would. So this is were it's so major to have great customer service skills because you never know who you may meet or who may know people that can refer you clients. When I called the lady that I was told from Candice that was suppose to be nice and cool this lady was super rude, super short in conversation, and already from the jump found out who I was due to them talking about the sweater situation and already concluded" we can't do it and not gonna do it because we don't want to be responsible for it!" Like okay well one I was calling because the owner said we would "review" on what would work out instead when they didn't even have the picture that I wanted printed on but yet jumped so fast to conclusion that they were not gonna do it without even giving a solution. Plus she said "all the team members here aren't comfortable either" when they didn't even see my sweater hahaha so I'm writing this review on just how rude she was and glad it never happened for me getting it done at this place due to her lack of consideration and respect for the Customer. Glad God pointed this out and prevented me from going here. I found a guy who literally with no hesitation did what I was asking for on my hoodie and charged me a super fair price for a super high quality print on the sweater they said they couldn't do lol. My gut told me to not do business with these people but there weren't many option for DTG printing so I went forward. I should of listened to my gut. Over 60% of the shirts I ordered came back crooked. I immediately contacted Fresh Ink and sent pictures. They said I had to bring them all in and most likely it was the t-shirt manufacturers fault. Brought them in and they said the owner, Candice would have to look them all over but looking at them, they already could tell it wasn't their fault. Candice was on "vacation" so it would take a few days. Candice sends me an e-mail saying that they don't see ANYTHING wrong with the shirts and maybe "ONE" is crooked - and it's not their fault. So, I've got employees telling me that they're crooked and it's the shirt manufacturers fault and an owner saying that it's the shirts too - BUT there's nothing wrong with the printing. Hmm, we're missing some logic here. I immediately responded and explained that we needed to get this situation remedied ASAP. I never hear from her again and she leaves for "vacation" - again. This is my main reason for the 1-star review. Owners that duck their heads into the sand and pretend not to see emails and phone calls from concerned customers need to be held accountable. I had the mis-printed shirts sent to the manufacturers quality control dept. they all passed with flying colors but they replaced some shirts for me because they didn't want to loose my future business. I take new shirts and have half of them redone by Fresh Ink. They looked at the shirts and said that they were still sewn wrong - even though I made sure they were all rigorously inspected by the manufacturer before shipping them to me. Miraculously - they came back 100% perfect. What it came down to is that Fresh Ink misprinted the original shirts. Although their website says that they want to make things right and want you to be 100% satisfied, the company is run by a woman that doesn't think she's responsible for the quality of her work and has trained her employees to be the same. I wasted so much money and time dealing with Fresh Ink. Candice, you need to grow a backbone and stop hiding from the responsibilities of your business. Mistakes happen, but how you deal with them is not acceptable. Here's your one-star review. read more

This company was recommended to me because I was looking for a deal on shirts for our team event. The price of the shirts were pretty good, and it was a rush job that got done quickly. I wasn't thrilled with the service because I didn't get a proof first so I didn't like the placement of the logos, but all in all the shirts were fine. The only other issue I had was that one of the shirts was ruined, and they said they could refund me if I had cash. I generally don't write reviews but felt the need to write one for this company. Terrible customer service and response time. I needed to print some shirts very quickly and took 3 emails to even get a response that answered none of my questions and just gave me a pricing sheet. I called to confirm that they received my email which they said they did only to still have no one respond for 3.5 hours. I called multiple times to have no one respond and even left voice mail which again no one responded. I finally sent out a 3rd email to see what was the update and they finally just sent me a pricing sheet. I was planning to test them out in spite of the bad reviews but it seems like most of the reviews were right so I didn't want to risk having the shirts come out bad so I did not go through with it.
