There were enough weird and wacky accoutrements to throw a small dinner party, but sadly, no one showed up. Four crackers and no bread? I'm starting to wonder if I accidentally ordered from the "sad snack" menu. The fish and chips? The fish gets a solid 5/5. But the side Caesar salad? -5/5. It was so soggy and overdressed that it could have passed for a salad swimming in its own tears. Those mysterious pork croutons? Let's just say they didn't win any popularity contests. Two of my friends ordered the spinach-mushroom-feta omelette, and if it had a flavor, it must have been on vacation. We were left asking for salt like it was the secret ingredient to rescue our meals. Ambiance? Meh. The new lighting didn't quite brighten the mood, and if the price hikes are meant to pay for the new decor, they should have just left it as is. Honestly, it felt like a "how not to spend your money". Service was a lukewarm 2.5/5. Our waitress, sweet as she was, didn't check in often--maybe she was off tasting the mysterious dishes herself? Given her vegetarian leanings, she couldn't comment on 80% of the menu, which was unfortunate when you're dining out. Very frustrating experience. Burnt food, bad management…read more Attempted to order a double bacon cheeseburger minus the bun that clearly says 2x cheese, 2x patties and 2x pieces of bacon minus. Somehow, just the sandwich cost less than the burger and fries and pop? So we just get the combo, whatever. The sandwiches come out with one piece of bacon total, in the bun, burnt and clearly a frozen pre-formed patty. I returned my food and pointed out that the bun was present and the bacon was 1/2 missing. He proceeded to throw my burned burgers back on the grill to presumably heat them up so he could slap on another piece of cheese and ripped the one piece of bacon in half and dumped everything into a cup. The poor cashier complained that the cook and the owner don't care about the customer and that even though it says 2 pieces of bacon, they will only put 1 on it. Although she offered the business owner's card, she said I can call him tomorrow. Unfortunately we are from out of town so it's not going to do any good, I'm sure.

Within the next 10 mins they shut the lights off in area and no one could see what they were eating and came over giving us take out containers... have never experienced this type of service ever, anywhere... we always went to this location previous when by it, but sorry you'll lose 10 customers at your location now... they also tried to say we were suppose to give a mandatory 18% tip... unreal experience. I didn't hear a single complaint from the table which is very rare One server so if it's busy. Be patient. It's a small family run business and it says they are hiring on the board at the entrance!! I took my pictures of my food like I normally do then tried to put them on yelp. The restaurant wasn't listed. I've added it and requested it be reviewable from everyone. Hopefully if you're reading this you'll give them a chance!! It's amazing. Trust me. Oh and to top it all off. Right as we're leaving. The friend we were with sees a guy named Steve. He owns the joint with his wife I'm assuming. He goes inside and grabs some balloons. Then blows one up and low and behold makes my daughter a freaking poodle out of it!!!
