Food Menu has a lot of typical bar & grill items, but with a Newfoundland twists since it's Newfoundland style. The steak is a maple leaf bologna and not you're typical meat - more of the saltier and drier side. Newfie fries is a type of dressing that uses bread crumbs and yellow onions - again more of the saltier side, but it matches quite well with gravy as a poutine. Food pricing overall is very standard and not overly expensive. Portion sizes were very generous, had to pack it to go. Overall a good find if you're in the neighbourhood and traveling, great to explore and learn more about Newfoundland food.

Very frustrating experience. Burnt food, bad management…read more Attempted to order a double bacon cheeseburger minus the bun that clearly says 2x cheese, 2x patties and 2x pieces of bacon minus. Somehow, just the sandwich cost less than the burger and fries and pop? So we just get the combo, whatever. The sandwiches come out with one piece of bacon total, in the bun, burnt and clearly a frozen pre-formed patty. I returned my food and pointed out that the bun was present and the bacon was 1/2 missing. He proceeded to throw my burned burgers back on the grill to presumably heat them up so he could slap on another piece of cheese and ripped the one piece of bacon in half and dumped everything into a cup. The poor cashier complained that the cook and the owner don't care about the customer and that even though it says 2 pieces of bacon, they will only put 1 on it. Although she offered the business owner's card, she said I can call him tomorrow. Unfortunately we are from out of town so it's not going to do any good, I'm sure.
