Went to verizon to use my insurance I paid a ton for over the years and they could not fix my phone or recover any of my information. I had my Iphone screen repaired in December and my screen stopped working 6 weeks after The repair. Although I was passed my warranty they stood behind their work and fixed my phone again at no charge. Elder did a great job making sure everything was fixed. Super honest and fair! We asked for the charging port to be replaced and a new battery for an iPhone X. The only way to change it would be to lay it on the wireless charger. Not an honest man do not buy a phone from him he is overpriced and sells bad phones I purchased a Phone $100 over what it is worth because I needed one ASAP I got in my car tried to charge it it did not charge I thought it was my charger I went and bought another charger brand new still didn't charge I noticed you have to hold the phone a certain way for it to charge also the battery goes from 72% to 1% in five minutes Among other problems with the keyboard not working half of the time certain buttons on the keyboard. So I called him from a friends phone because I couldn't use the brand new $200 phone that I purchased and I asked if I could return the phone I've just had it for a day and it is a bad phone he told me no of course stingy and dishonest he knew the phone was broken because I saw him messing with the charger before I bought the phone but I didn't think the phone was broken do you not buy a phone from this man he sells bad phones And will definitely overcharge for any type of business they do Bad businessman read more
