Terrible business practices…read more I came in there with my desktop, where I told them the only problem is the PSU, and they insisted they charge $249 for diagnostics and everything included. I also mentioned I needed a quicker turn around then what they offered. He came back 5 minutes later after getting off the phone with his boss and said $100 per hour. Keep in mind, the PSU is a $100 dollar part max that doesn't take that long to install. Shady pricing with no upfront clarity until I pushed them harder. If you're going to wait for a longer period, just go to Best Buy or Microcenter.
