They even sent one this morning to confirm. Well today while I was at work, I got a text at 1:30 from the driver stating they were at my complex. I texted back stating the pickup window. His reply was "I am not coming back today." I called the company and the rep stated that my pick window was between 4:30 and 6:30. Then the driver texted asking if he could come in the morning. I am having furniture delivered in the morning which is why I needed them to come today. Very annoyed, but I called College Hunks company who are on their way here. The rep was super nice and their driver already called me with his ETA. I will not be recommending 1800 GOT JUNK to anyone. They couldnt stick to their schedule. They are not reliable.

They have very small trucks and barely fit half of the stuff I needed disposed of. I had rented a huge dumpster the week before that cost $475 and this was $800 for 1/5 of the stuff. I need to rent another 10 foot dumpster now that they barely fit anything in their truck. The guys were very nice and took one of the larger pieces of furniture downstairs so I didn't have to to put into the dumpster I ordered. 2 of the guys complained that they rely on tips and that they only make minimum wage which made me feel compelled to give each of the 4 guys $20. So now this whole ordeal left me $880 out of pocket w lots more work for me to clean out of my house prior to moving. Sorry, very disappointed
