Avoid at All Costs - Unprofessional and Incompetent! If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring was one of the worst decisions I've made. I trusted them to handle excavation on my property, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. 1. Terrible Communication - Getting a straight answer was impossible. Calls went unanswered, and when they did respond, it was full of excuses. 2. Missed Deadlines - The project that was supposed to take 4 days dragged on for weeks, costing me time and money. They constantly rescheduled or just didn't show up. 3. Lack of Skill & Care - They damaged my property and then tried to downplay the severity of their mistakes. 4. Unprofessional Attitude - Instead of taking responsibility, they were defensive and dismissive when I raised concerns. Zero accountability. 5. Overpriced for the Poor Quality - I wouldn't be upset if I got what I paid for, but instead, I had to bring in someone else to fix their mistakes. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere unless you enjoy wasting money and dealing with headaches. Save yourself the trouble--hire a professional who actually knows what they're doing. read more

Extremely unprofessional, while blatantly bad-mouthing the armed forces of the U.S military. I would not recommend this company unless you actively enjoy dealing with an asshole. Judging by his company facebook page, and the other review on here, he seems incompetent and frankly very rude. read more

I hired Rishi to install a HVAC system last September. When he did the walk through he said the…read moreelectrical system needs updating to handle new HVAC. He said he'll also do that job for an additional $6,000 in addition to the $17,000 for the HVAC system. He kept adding additional work that needed doing at the house, asking from more money but starting the projects and not finishing. He ended up taking $42,000 and buying over $10,000 in material which cannot be accounted for. The HVAC heating never worked and the electrical bill running it was over $600. We ended up hiring another company to fix the boiler system. In May when the temp increased the cooling system did not work. Samsung was contacted and after many weeks of dealing directly with Samsung the a/c worked. I'm not even going to bother using heat from the HVAC system. My electric shut down in half the house a few weeks ago and Rishi kept saying he was coming to check in and after 3 times of waiting all day and the electric shutting down in the who house I contacted another electrician. Turns out he never upgraded the panel box and just created a sub panel. This guy ended up stealing over $42,000 from me. Run far from this guy, Samsung said he is NOT a Samsung certified technician but has only signed up to install their units.
