He suggested I use a blown in spray foam in my crawl space on the undercarriage of my home to ensure the best moisture barrier. He seemed trust worthy so I hired them to do the job. A few years later now I am selling my home. When the engineer was done inspecting my crawl space I was given devastating news. The crawl space is a mess due to the horrible workmanship I was given by Cary insulation. Joe was correct that spray foam is a great moisture barrier however, only when done correctly. There are many gaps where no foam was applied as well as the fact that at least 2-3 inches is required to be effective. The installer was here and gone so quickly so I questioned the fact that it was fully covered and done correctly. he assured me it was, however, no one else was on the job to check and Joe never followed up to make sure all was done right. The improper installation caused so many problems. As a result the buyer backed out. I called Joe asking him to come and inspect what was done. I asked that he at least cover the gaps and apply the balance of the foam needed to be effective. he assured me he would look at my work order and invoice and get back to me. Another false promise! Joe has ghosted me. He has not taken nor returned any of my calls. In desperation as need to resolve this in order to sell my home I have hit a wall trying to find someone willing to correct the job. The person that is finally willing wants an astronomical amount of money. This is not an honest or reputable company. I believe Joe correctly assumed that I, as a single woman would not be crawling under my house to inspect the quality of the job. I was charged for a job not properly done and they are not standing behind the horrible workmanship! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

After getting proposals from 5 contractors, we decided to go with LIMC for the project. Tommy and his son came by twice to ensure the measurements are correct and their proposal is one of the most competitive in terms of pricing. I wanted to have a concrete base for the pavers because my previous patio was set on regular gravel base and had settled unevenly after just two years. The whole project took about two weeks from start to finish. Tommy's crew worked efficiently without cutting any corners. You can definitely tell that they are experienced with concrete and masonry. We decided to go with the Cambridge Toffee Onyx ledgestone pavers with Mocha Border. For the driveway, we went with graphite colored concrete with pavers circle and apron. The result was spectacular. I have gotten so many compliments from neighbors on my driveway. The blue stone stoops were excellent as well.
