Rude and unreliable. The fence itself looks fine, even though it took forever to complete- much longer than what they told us. The issue was with the gates. They weren't straight, they left a jagged edge that I cut my foot on, and the screws stuck way out. The gates were very hard to open and both initially would drag along the ground when opened. When we brought it to their attention, they begrudgingly said they would fix it because we weren't going to pay the balance until they did. After a few weeks, they showed up unannounced. When my husband politely asked them to let us know when they were coming from now on (we have dogs that we need to put inside when they come so they don't escape through gate when they open it and run to the busy road), one of the owners said, "Are you going to quit your f#%*ing bi$&@ing?' This same owner (not Harrison, who is usually fairly reasonable) threatened to take a chainsaw and take down our fence.
