I ordered a $299.99 Lavoo MP7 on April 15th at 6:10 pm. The hookah I ordered and as it was shown on the website at that time was with the led controlled light. After paying for express shipping it arrived and the inner box was ripped and packaged carelessly. After my son called and an email exchange they are saying I ordered and got what I ordered. I love going to 5star. The hookah here can't be compared to the mediocre and below standard hookah that is offered at other places *cough cough* (Oceans). The owner has a new special going on everyday so every time my friends and I walk in we know that theres a special going on. Even on top of that raffi (the owner) gives us a discount here and there for being regular customers. He shows appreciation to his customers the same way his customers show appreciations to him. Anyway, the hookah here is fairly prices compared to other places and you can even get a glass hookah for 25 bucks!! Which is unheard of if you've been to the other hookah lounges around the valley. My boyfriends glass halo xl stem had broken and we called a million places to find one but no where had it. Came here and they had it! When I walked in I was surprised of how big the place was! I can best describe this place like UR coming to UR friends garage to smoke hookah. It's nothing fancy at all literally U come here get a hookah and leave. The staff is super friendly but the service is a little slower then I hoped. Hookah never disappoints though! Where to start. I have done a lot of research on what type of hookah I wanted to buy. Mainly the cloud/one hookah which has a 4 hose capacity. I went onto the side on Christmas day 12/25/2020 and order one on their website in gold. I got the confirmation it was sent and received it 1/11/21. When I opened the box it was not even close to what I ordered. So I emailed the company and got the run around that they had to look at the camera for who packed it instead of just making a wrong situation right. I kept going back to them and barely got any response. I got frustrated and told them just to refund me the money and I will send back the wrong hookah on 2/2/21. I finally got a call and they told me the hookah I ordered was a single hose and that there was no 4 hose version of it. I went back on their website and it clearly said 4 hose capable and the picture even showed it. So he told me he did not have any of those but another that was cheaper and in gold. When I got the package I opened it up and it was the wrong color. It was all red so how is that close to gold? I was able to get a hold of them by phone and the guy told me he that the gold dish got dented and whoever packed the item just chose to give me the red instead. They did not do anything to make up for how bad the service was and that they sent 2 wrong items. I asked for them to make it right and either give me the difference in money or throw something else in but they have not. There is a $60 dollar difference between the two hookahs and I have emailed them 3 time since and no response. I would not recommend buying anything from them online and go elsewhere. read more

I then emailed them and was informed my order was not shipped because my shipping and billing did not match even though they pulled the funds just fine. This place is always packed! It is like the Starbucks of hookah hot spots. They offer a large variety of hookah models and styles... not to mention the endless supply of unique flavors and accessories; hence, it is always filled with customers. Do keep in mind, especially if you are there during "rush hour," and yes there is a hookah rush hour, you may experience some waiting, but most people don't mind because with the amount of merchandise in the store they tend to browse around and find new items that most of the time become a favorite. Additionally, when it becomes extremely busy the owner himself comes out and assist customers too. Overall he seems like a quiet guy, but when it comes to him helping you (as he helped me on quite a few occasions) he is full of knowledge about the product he sells, uses himself, and recommends. Time and time again I have been to the shop and ran into people I've seen there and socialized with before. To the best of my knowledge the hookah comes from the Middle East region of the world, and having traveled there before, I am highly confident the material which is labeled as such does come from the birth place of the hookah. This is probably the best hookah lounge in the valley. I've been coming here since they opened and I've loved every second of it. They have new staff now and it's just as amazing.
