Dropped by 5starhookah last night after over a year and was shocked to see how nice the new store is! More shocking was getting charged $83+ dollars for 3x tangiers noir 250g and a 24 cube pack of cocourth, when the same order placed on their website is $71.13 (with tax). Their store does not have prices listed, its almost like they make up their prices depending on who is shopping? They claim its a glitch on their website which is hard to believe because I was playing around with placing an order a couple weeks ago and was getting an average cost of tangiers on par with the $71 order, so this glitch is been online for several weeks and they didn't know? Ive contacted them several times since(over 2 months ago) and theyve told me twice "We're shipping the parts now!" Yet here I am, still no parts, still out $60, and no longer getting a response. On Sunday night I went to the store and caught them right before closing and spent almost 250$. They have alot of variety but the service is horrible. After being there 15 min and spending that much money, I asked for 1 kilogram of alfakher orange mint, but they didn't have it and said they will have it tomorrow (Monday). So instead I bought 2 kilograms one orange and one mint ( al fakhar also had a promotion for a free tshirt- I didn't recieve that either) Anyway, I called Monday and spoke to them to see if i can just exchange both and get 2 kilos of the orange mint mixed. The owner used covid as an excuse (mind you none of the employees were even wearing masks when I shopped there and neither was the owner) and the boxes of tobacco have plastic wraps around the box so it can easily be disinfected and resold safely. Then the owner went on to use another excuse that you took my last orange and if I exchange for you, I lost a customer for my orange who was here earlier today.... basically a lame excuse for a horribly run business and someone who has no acumen for customer service. I wasn't asking for much, no refund, just an exchange. Also I paid through venmo so that we could both benefit, and this owner still had the audacity to yell at me on the phone and disrespect me for "pushing " him when I was being nothing but respectful. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They dont value your business, they just want to get you out the door as soon as possible and businesses like that deserve no support. There are so many smoke shops close by with great customer service, go to those, avoid this place at all costs. read more

Don't waste your money here. This is the second time I ordered from them, and against my better judgement from my first incident, I did it anyways. They created a shipping label for me, but it's been over a week and it hasn't ever been picked up by USPS. They tried to say USPS just didn't scan it when they picked it up, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I finally called USPS and they said they would never pick a package up without scanning it, and even if they forgot, seeing as to how it's been over a week, they should have scanned it at least somewhere by now. I ordered the hoob hookah from them once I got it there was a missing piece I called and talked to them several times they finally saw what I was missing by facetiming so they said they would help and get the part. Then I ordered a second hookah from them and it was sent to me missing a base. I called about it they blocked my number and wasted my time by telling me they would send me a base. Had high expectations after hearing good things from friends. Was horribly mistaken. Upon walking in, the shop looked very nice and they had everything I needed. However, it went downhill from there. The person working there had no idea what the price was for any of the items and every time we asked him, he gave us dirty looks and had to keep calling someone else to ask. Not only did he not make us feel like customers, he was giving us attitude and made us feel unwelcome. Although I ended up spending $180 on a single KM hookah, he did not throw in any sample tobacco, coals, tips, etc. He did not even give us the rubber grommets that the hookah was supposed to come with and ended up giving us a box that the hookah did not even fit in. The owner was as right as can be! He said "I should have done research on the hookah I was getting." I just have one adjustment on the remark "I should have done research on the place I was purchasing the hookah."!I walked in today asking him to exchange a hookah I had purchased online through the recommendation of a staff member. His staff provided good service in their guidance to help me purchase a hookah online. However, I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize I had to order base separately caused additional shipping fees and more to purchase the hookah. Knowing this was my fault I placed a second order to get the additional items that were missing from description but appeared to be a full set through pictures on the site. This was my fault I know that's why I didn't mind and spent the extra money. However, when I got the product I set it up and tried it once (falcon bs). The smoke was terrible no clouds and I have been smoking hookah for over 17 years. I decided to take in to the shop and ask for an exchange. This is when I met the most illogical business owner in my life. He said my hookah had germs and that I can't return a used product. His example was if you took a bite out of an apple can you return it. I wanted to respond but I figured a person like this won't change their ways and not worth the effort. I just want to remind him that hookah is not an apple and germs don't stay when you clean it otherwise, there would be no hookah lounges open. I suppose he has never been to a hookah lounge. Aren't all hookahs used or are they disposable and you always get a new hookah when you go to a lounge. Anyways buyer beware don't purchase from here. Inside ''5 Star Hookah Lounge'': The feel of this place is great & The music is nice, they tend to go old school a lot, Though it would be so much better if they lowered the music volume just a little bit so I can hear my friends next to me. The place is not too big, & it's not too small . It's just right. The lightning of the place isn't too dark which is perfect. The couches are very comfortable, though it would be better if they had more ''Lean back'' on chairs, they have many of those ''Circle no lean'' chairs. The couches make up for it if your with a small group. There's also a Single Person bathroom in the far end to take care of your restroom needs. They also have a section in the counter where you can buy flavors and many more things for your smoking needs. Service: One of the guys is very friendly, But the rest of the staff doesn't seem to talk at all , They're either smoking hookah with they're friends at a corner , or doing something in the back room. But the guy with hair who attends you is very laid back. I've been here 2 days in a row, and in both days (Thursday/Friday) they have not came and changed the coals once. I Don't know if you have to ask them for a change, or they just do it once every 3 hours. I've noticed that when they do change it, it's only to one group of people instead of coming around and doing it to everyone, Also they take about 10-13 minutes to bring your hookah out which I guess isn't too bad, but you'll have to wait a few minutes. But when it comes down to bringing you accessories like new hose, or anything like that they're pretty fast and friendly about it. Hookah: The Hookah is great, Top quality brands from Al-Fakher, Starbuzz, & Many more. They use KM hookahs which are top of the line , You should try they're house mix called ''Rockstar'' I highly recommend it, another thing they have is the ''Hookah Ice Hose'' which are great, they tend to make the Smoke feel smooth and fresh. One good thing I noticed was that the Hookah hits great right away. Which is very good. Price: I cannot complain about the prices in this place, They are great! No response to my phone calls either. This is the third time I've placed an order in the last 2 months and they've delayed my shipping. I opened the box and there was only half the order. immediately about her - everything was in order except for the hookah saucer, it was visually damaged, this is not a big problem, the big problem is that I didn't get tobaccos for 170 dollars, I immediately took a picture and sent it to the contact email. No answer. Same thing with another email. Until I called my question there were no answers, and the call for me is a stressful situation (I know English poorly). okay somehow explained sent the photos by mail, they told me that my order would be picked up by ups tomorrow. Seriously, one of the best hookah bars I been to! It's soooo chill and the people here are awesome! Came on a Saturday night around 10pm and it was not packed at all, surprisingly! One of the best hookah bars I've been to. They know how to pack a bowl, treat their customers, and the ambiance is just great. We got the regular hookah with pineapple, FML and peach. It arrive in less than 10 mins and the clouds were amazing! You could taste each flavor individually and it was not harsh at all. We went on for about 1.5 hours. When they saw that the first coals began to burn out, they came with new ones right away. They have good quality hookahs. You can choose from glass, or regular. They also provide fruit bowls and ice tips for extra charge. You can also get a refill for only $7! I was surprised that they actually provided the kaloud lotus, I love using the lotus and it makes the quality just so much better! The seating was really comfy and it's pretty spacious in there. I'm used to going to hookah bars where they black the music so loud but here, they music is at the perfect volume where you can still socialize! I personally was amazed by the fish tank. I'm not sure if they have any happy hours or promotions going on but it was pretty cheap. $15 bucks for two people and great smoke. read more

Great spot for hookah. Limited on drinks and food items but that's okay. Sometimes you just wanna smoke! My friend was a hookah virgin and we took care of that. Ordered a single flavor and it lasted the entire time we were there. The hookahs were clean and well kept. The guy serving us knew how to prep it so it was a nice light feeling, not harsh like other places. They have TVs and music playing with nice comfortable couches across the room. For me, seating is half of the enjoyment because if they are uncomfortable, it ruins the evening. 5-Star has good seating that isn't run-down or nasty. Raffi is the guy who runs the place most of the time and he's a easy-going/funny/laid back kinda guy, but knows his hookah. Can't say the same for the other employees' knowledge about hookah, but they help with whatever you may need. No problems getting attention and help if the hookah needed maintenance (fresh coals, ice tips, etc.), or just to order drinks/snacks. I've seen tables order in food, such as pizza, so they can kick back with some food over hookah. One of the better hookah lounges I've been to in this area. Drinks are: water, energy drinks, sodas, and tea. - The music might vary depending on the day, but when I was there (a Saturday night) they were playing late 90s - modern hip hop. It wasn't very loud, which can be good or bad depending on the person. - Parking was easy to find right in front, but it also wasn't too busy when I went.
