I didn't want to go with their company, but my husband insisted that you had recommended them highly. In addition to other BIG problems, we just noticed we have no roof vents and this is definitely not acceptable. I noticed something seemed missing when I compared our roof to other roofs but my husband said Gibson had put the roof vents on the work order and assured him that they would be installed. Don't get me started on Gibson... he was basically useless every time we tried to contact him... he always had an excuse days or weeks later as to why he didn't respond. Well, today my husband finally started really looking for the roof vents closely and discovered we have NONE! THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE RIGHT! We have no roof vents and this is definitely not acceptable. In addition, our tiles were 3 colors and they weren't laid properly. This isn't right and you need to fix it! A huge problem is the disorderly look of the roof. If they come back to install vents I hope they don't make it worse. They even installed busted tiles. I met with Gibson in my kitchen before we signed a contract with him and asked him "if we choose a 3 tone tile for our roof, would his company lay it correctly". I explained to him that I had seen neighborhood homes where the tiles were laid in big patches of one color here and another big patch there, with no regard to staggering the colors like the tile catalog shows in their pictures of homes. The catalog had a nice picture of a home with the tile we chose. After asking numerous times to see a roof Chapelle had done in those colors we were considering, he finally responded with an address. We went to see the house and the roof was done very well just like in the catalog. It was laid in perfect order just like the same tile in the catalog pictures so we had him order that tile. Again, Gibson had assured me that his roofers lay out the multicolored tile in the correct order like the house we saw. I was encouraged when I saw how the delivery crew put the bundles of tiles on the roof. They laid them out in alternating colors and rows. But instead, the crew that came to lay the tiles laid them in clumps of colors paying no attention to how the bundles were laid out on the roof. We have big patches of dark areas and big patches of medium and light tile. Of course, when our Chappelle roofers finished just a portion of the roof, I tried to stop them but they just motioned that they didn't speak English. My husband encouraged me to let it go because it would be okay. Now the entire roof looks like a terrible with random globs of color. As the crew was finishing, a guy pulled up in a white truck... I assumed he was a supervisor. He informed us that the crew manager couldn't make it to our job so he sent his son who was new. He said the father would be so proud of his son and how he managed the job to which I say .... that's a load of bull. It's a crappy job! I am just so disappointed. And we have not advocate for us in this matter. Our home is really the only investment we have.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I hired this company to reroof my house. While doing…read moreso, they busted a water main in my attic with a roofing nail. This flooded my sunroom. They tried to fix the leak by putting a purple sealant on the hole. Two days later, the water started leaking again even worse. The sunroom flooded again, but this time, my renters were not home to catch the leak and turn off the water. Everything in the sunroom was soaked, including the floor, ceiling and attic. I called All Trades again and asked them to go over to my house to assess the damage. They didn't answer my calls, texts or email. When I pleaded with them by text to update me (I live 2 hours away from the house and rent it out) they told me to call a plumber twice. I called a plumber and he immediately went to my house and fixed the leak. It was Memorial Day weekend, so they charged $506. I didn't give it much thought since I knew that the roofing company would be responsible for the plumbing bill since they caused the leak, they had made the leak worse by fixing the leak the first time and they are the ones that told me to call a plumber. I emailed them the plumbing bill and pictures of the damage to house. I also emailed pictures of the trash that they left all over my yard. Trash in trees, roofing nails on the ground and old shingles strewn about. They told me that they WERE NOT paying the plumbing bill or for any of the damage because the water main was too close to roof. My house had been inspected several times and it always passed inspection and everything was up to code. Plus, they had tried to fix it right after putting a hole in the pipe and made things worse. They also told me to call the plumber. They did say that they would come back and pick up their trash in my yard. When they returned to my house, the renters told them to make sure and shut the gate when they leave since they had 2 dogs. The roofing company neglected to shut the gate and my renters 13 year old dog got out and was found by a neighbor wandering the streets. I have called everyone including the county commissioner, BBB, my insurance company and EVERYONE says that All Trades is responsible for the damage and plumbing bill. My next step is to hire a lawyer, but I wanted to make people aware of how awful this company is and warn them not to use All Trades Roofing and Construction!

They don't cover storm ir wind damage or anything related to weather events so pretty much don't expect any warranty on their work. We hired them to do our repairs after the hurricane and they took off shingles threw them on the wet ground only to put them back on so they could take pictures of the "work" they were doing. The made a repair to a small corner shingle and actually just tarred over top of the damaged shingle and slapped a new one over. It looks awful. They want 900 dollars for 20 minutes of time, no new materials, and a crappy job. We agreed to 900 for the repair assuming they would be fixing all of the damaged shingles and instead they left us with a bunch of shingles which have almost no grains on them, shingles missing little chunks, and a bad repair to a corner. Now when I am trying to get them to fix it the right way they are saying that the pictures I took of the damage was apparently something new between the time of the repair 2 months ago and today. Despite it being on the initial damage pics, shows up in their workers pics from the repair, and remains not addressed. The guy came to inspect their work and let himself onto my property with no phone call so we could discuss the situation. I was naked in the shower totally exposed because I wasn't expecting someone to be standing in my back yard. All in all this has been a awful experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't return phone calls, want to make right by their bad work, and then threaten Leinster when the homeowner proces a point.
