I don't usually write reviews but these guys were so awful and incompetent I have to give the…read moredishonorable kudos!! First they gave me a quote for full coverage 0 deductible. but when I had a problem they said oops my bad we wrote it up as a 500 deductible. So that was my fault somehow so I had to pay???? Then of course I have to go to the office because they never call back. then I always get the oh we're just so busy??? there is no one ever there??? Then I got an email say if a tree falls on my house it is not covered....... what??? but they say oh no it's cover..... well I'm suppose to believe liars???? Anyhow Incompetent!! Liars and then they started over charging me...... well enough of that I'm trying cancel but they can't get that right. they got the wrong date for the car and didn't cancel the house...... just horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! State Farm customer service can't help, they say the agent has to do it............ now I have to go back and deal with these people again.....ridiculous!
