Several attempts was made and mats were put in except back seat mat. I explained the mats were not mine but they could not be found. I left very upset. I got a message my backseat mat was found. Saturday September 19 I drove back to Hendersonville to get mat hopefully to get the right ones. I was told by the Manager I had the right ones. The mats I have belong to a Saturn and do not fit my Enclave. I feel like I was treated unfairly, I am an older lady I did not expect to be treated like I didn't know what I had or what I was doing.
