I asked for the cleaner and rag, he said that they were out of rags. I then asked for a bottle of cleaner and the cleanest dirty rag they had. I did get a pretty clean dirty rag. But, he did not allow me to have a bottle of cleaner. "It's policy to not give out the bottle of cleaner" "people take them", he said. Frustrated with Anthony and the lack of customer service, I asked to speak to the manager. He said his name is Stephen and I can talk to him tomorrow. We paid $16 for their second level car wash and then took advantage of the free towels, vacuums, and cleaners (both glass and multipurpose). Jonathan Kiara did a wonderful job and provided excellent customer service. Kiara explained the wash membership and it's something to consider if you like a nice clean car. Jonathan helped us by pressure washing our floor mats right because the mat cleaner was broken. Would definitely come back again soon. It's a lot of bang for a buck, but all of the grime came off in just one pass. Consider taking care of your ride!!

Like most automated car washes, Mister Car Wash has tiered washes ranging from $10 - $20, as well as Unlimited Memberships following the same tiers. Being this was my first visit, I was not interested in a membership just yet, but I did go with the Platinum Exterior wash for $20. The wash was solid, it left a few streaks on my back window, but with my model of Explorer all washes seem to do that due to the overhang. The tires came out shiny and all other areas were decently clean. Once you pop out of the bay, you can pull in to the complimentary vacuum area. Vacuums are plentiful and have decent suction. Overall, solid car wash that I would have no issues returning to.

Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car. He finally (rudely) agreed to reimburse the cost of the exterior detail. Shit service and ownership over their craft. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before you let them touch it.
