When booking the appointment I made it very clear in the comments there was a mouse in the car. They came and detailed and everything looked fine, and was told "no more mold, no more infestation". If they hadn't had said that, we wouldn't be expecting the mouse to be totally gone, but they did. When I called to let them know there was a mouse still and droppings again. To start, my vehicle was considerably dirty and had tree sap on it. I explained this while he was quoting and he said no issue we can buff it but it will be the premium package, which is $400. It seemed high but he was able to come that day, so I book it anyways. The guy came out and was very nice. When it was "completed" 3 hours later, I received a text. I went outside to pay and there was still marks all over it. I asked how I was going to get that off if buffing didn't work and his response was "oh I didn't buff it. That is under the clear coat and it may come off after a second wash". For $400, I don't expect to wash it again right after the detail. I explained this and he said let me try some glass cleaner. I came back out later, the spots were gone, and it looked good. My issue is 1. I paid for a service that I didn't get (buffing the vehicle). 2. I felt lied to after he said it's under the clear coat yet a glass cleaner took it right off. 3. There is no way he had time to re-wax the car after using the glass cleaner. As a Nashville native, I love to support our local businesses, but I was disappointed this time. Added a star for being very responsive and coming out same day though! read more

The BEST detailing job I've had done in Nashville. I bought the Groupon for the silver package. It was $85 but had a local coupon for 20% off! So a great deal! The tech came to my house on a Sunday, which was my only day off and super convenient. Jason did a fantastic job and took the time to make sure it was spotless. A lot of people have been complaining about extra fees ect. Well, I don't think that an extra $25 charge for my filthy ass car was a lot to ask. I will say that the back seat is an additional $10 which yeah is odd, but everything is clearly stated in the package information. This company is honest about their services and charges. I asked about the extra buffing and my tech said I didn't need it, so saving me $70 for a service I didn't need! The customer service is prompt and friendly. I got an amazing detail and wash for $125 (original package plus extras) at my own home and I think that's a great price! Will definitely use them again. read more

I bought a livingsocial deal for Rightway Mobile Detailing for really fair price. I did a lot of comparison to other places in Nashville and Rightway seemed to be the cheapest with the deal. Basically, they come to your house with all the equipment they need in a big van and its so incredibly easy (for me at least). They have a really convenient online scheduling system and send you a couple reminder emails and texts. I scheduled my appointment for 1pm on a Saturday and Omari called me around 12:15 and asked if it was okay if he came a little early. Once he got here I handed him my keys and Rightway took it from there. He worked on my car for about 2 hours and gave me a call when he was finished. I don't think my car has ever looked this good, even after I bought it from the dealership. Every compartment was cleaned and scrubbed and I feel like I'm rollin around in a brand new whip. Amazing what a little deep cleaning can do! read more

I would love to give them more stars. I prefer to support local small businesses. But I just can't see my way clear to recommending them to anyone. * They came to my work - that's 1/2 of the 1 star. * Exterior - missed an entire mud flap and left it as filthy as it was to begin with; a dirty film covered the car as if soap was not applied; water spots on windows showed they were left to air dry; side mirrors cleaned in the middle, but not all the way to the edges. * Interior - the mats were spotless - that's the other 1/2 of the 1 star. But - windows had places that hadn't even been touched; the dirt had been smeared around on the windshield creating a streaky film that was difficult to see through in the sun; all of the windows looked like they had been rubbed with a greasy rag instead of cleaning solution. * Customer Service - I had more knowledge of the company's pricing and charges than the tech did; upon calling their customer service number on their website, the owner answered gruffly and very unprofessionally as if I were an interruption/annoyance - it wasn't until I asked who he was that I even knew I had called the right number. * General professionalism - when the business card you leave on the dash looks like it's been rattling around your van for a couple years, with damaged corners and a surface that appears to have been ground into the asphalt a few times - it doesn't give you the feeling that this company has a good attention to detail. * Price - I got a Living Social deal - $79 for a $209 service. According to the website, it could even cost up to $300+ to clean my car with the works. Sorry, not even worth the $79 deal. I'd rather pay my neighbor the $80 and get it done right. Sigh. I wanted to like them. I wanted to become a regular customer. It's just not worth the disappointment. read more

We decided to trade our Porsche Cayenne and called Brian at Rightway Mobile Detailing. Before the detail, the paint looked dull and we had a red liquid stain in the tan interior rear floor. I own multiple vehicles and they have dealt with another mobile detailing service for the past two years. I contacted these guys by happenstance; my regular was unresponsive. Rightway got back to me in less than 15 minutes via email, then called and followed up with a text. The vehicle they detailed was beyond dirty, inside and out; RAM 2500, 6" lift, 37" tires, Road Armor bumpers front and rear that are difficult to clean and my dog rides with me from Key West to Northern Wisconsin and all parts in between. (So lots of dirt and dog hair) As long as this company is in business, I will not go anywhere else. On time? No. They were early and called ahead to let me know. Results were good? No. Results were excellent! Cheapest deal in town? I doubt it. You get what you pay for and these guys deliver. Very happy customer. read more

He was also willing to listen when I talked about how my paint job on the car hates wax (wax peels/discolors my car unfortunately), and took it the waxing off of the service. This message is in regards to the detail of my 2011 Ford F-150 Lariat Limited. I purchased a new to me truck for $30k, just had my second back surgery and I cannot physically clean or work on my truck. I am a VERY unsatisfied customer. Apparently my expectations and your clearly defined description of the platinum package do NOT match. My appointment was made for 9am on a 60 degree Saturday morning. I received a text at 9am stating the detailed would be 30-45 minutes late because they needed gas. What? 30-45 minutes for gas. I got up at 8:15am for this...on a Saturday. REALLY! Let's look at a few examples of your description and what actually happened. Our most popular service! Once you've had this service nothing compares. (Agreed...3 stars out of 5 at BEST. I was a partial owner of a car lot for 3 years and this was not a $400 or $300 discounted detail. NOT EVEN CLOSE.) It includes a thorough interior & exterior cleaning, clean and condition interior leather seats and doors. (Interior doors were not cleaned below the door panel. I had to point this out...I was given multiple excuses why this was an issue. Jason did eventually spray them with cleaner and use a towel to clean them) shampoo seats, (Spray with a fine mist of cleaner and wipe off with a rag is not shampoo seats...not even close) armor all interior, clean interior vinyl, clean and dress tires, wheels cleaned, windows cleaned, (Windshield was not cleaned toward the bottom all the way across the outside under the wipers...I had to point this out. Panel between the windshield and hood still had leaves and dirt on it. It was not washed or dressed.) windshield wipers cleaned, (My newly purchased used truck has dry rotted wiper blades...never touched or mentioned until I looked over the truck) interior floor boards and trunk vacuumed, Air vents dusted, center console, door, (Again all 4 doors were not cleaned on the inside) hood, (Jason told me that he was told not to clean the engine completely due to engines not starting! WOW...seems like a professional company would know how to detail a motor without causing water related issues) and trunk jambs cleaned, wax applied and buffed, (The wax was put on sparsely and buffed very haphazardly and quickly) carpet & mats shampooed, (No,they were not. NO shampoo of any sort was used) and dashboard cleaned, engined cleaned and dressed (Again not cleaned below the intake anywhere or dressed below the intake...not even the hoses) and air freshener.(None offered) Overall this was a $150 dollar cleaning and nothing like it was described in the Platinum description. I will be asking for $$$ back. I will NOT be using this company again or referring to anyone. (NOTE - Jason and the owner were very nice during this process) This was a lot to promise for a $400 detail and it was simply not done. I did speak with the owner toward the end of this detail (because things were going south quickly) and he told me that they do not shampoo or steam clean carpets. The same cleaner used on the leather seats, dashboard and in the engine was used for everything. OKAY?....um NO! Follow-up after speaking with the owner I asked the owner for a $100 refund or I would post the truth on the internet for the world to see. He offered nothing. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

I purchased an Amazon Local deal for a "Full Mobile Detail for a Four Door Car," and it was absolutely a fair price at $89. The online scheduler is very convenient, but about one hour before they were set to arrive to detail my car, they called and cancelled. The next open slot was two weeks later, and Jason was overall really nice and timely. Not the best detail I've received, as my trunk wasn't cleaned at all, nor were the cup holders or glove compartments. I was curious about this, as it was mentioned in the deal as being included. That night, I received a couple of messages from the company that I had a balance remaining due to having a back seat. Curious about this as well, as the deal I paid for was titled "Four Door Car" (isn't a back seat indicated with four doors?). Not my worst experience, but certainly not my best. read more

This review isn't really about Rightway's service, since I cannot obtain it right now. That's fine. It's winter and I completely understand them choosing not to do business during this low season (although Halo Detailing is booked solid for the next week!). My chief concern is that they have a LivingSocial promotion going right now despite being closed for the season. That's poor planning at best and deceptive advertising at worst. I'd give it one star but it may be an honest mistake. I'm glad I called their phone number before ordering the deal. Also to be fair, their outgoing message (which alerted me to their being closed) did say they'd honor expired vouchers. It's a nice gesture, but they should still take down their LivingSocial deal when they're not open or mention their months of operation on the deal. read more
