The entire experience with this company was seamless starting with my initial booking. I spoke with Zach and he made me feel very comfortable to book immediately and not shop around. He had extremely clear communication and it was a very professional experience all around. Todd and Jeff worked extremely efficiently and hard and it was 96 degrees today. Thanks guys!! They were very careful with all of my belongings, pleasant and courteous. The entire team went above and beyond to help me! They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.

They were fast (finished an hour early) and they were so pleasant. They were laughing with each other, having a great time even though the complex we moved into was kind of a headache to get around. They were so polite and careful with our items, ensuring everything was placed where we wanted it. This was our first move (out of 4 moves in 7 years) that we did not use a moving company that moved us start to finish (like packed the truck, drove it, and unloaded) and I was a little nervous about that, but all in all I'm very happy with our experience. Two moving crews in two states with a 16 ft truck FULL floor to ceiling, front to back was $1,400 (truck not included).

They broke the feet off my bed rails, broke my daughter's storage, damaged my leather sofa by storing metal parts on the leather, spilled potting soil in my cloth lined laundry basket and in a picture basket (which destroyed professional family and school photos), and damaged various other items. I took pictures, and dated them...just in case. Leaving reviews, especially negative ones, isn't my thing, but this one is warrented.

I recently moved on July 10th using this company, and unfortunately, it did not go as planned. I…read morewas initially supposed to have three movers with a 09:00 start time to load my POD. On the day of the move, I received a call from one of the movers at approximately 08:50. He let me know that they would be about 30 minutes late and asked if they should bring a dolly to the appointment. I replied yes, based on what I had originally discussed with Sam. During my initial phone call with Sam, I mentioned several times that while I might not have a lot of furniture, the items I do have are very heavy. I also explained that because I lived in a downtown apartment, there would be a long walk from my unit to the elevators and the loading dock. Additionally, I noted that the POD was on a same-day drop-off and pick-up schedule. I was assured that the company "moves with love" and that everything would be fine.On the scheduled day, the movers ended up showing up at approximately 11:15. I met with two gentlemen and showed them to my POD and my apartment. Initially, they brought a couple of boxes down to the POD. When we went back up to my apartment, I asked where their equipment was--such as dollies, furniture wrap, and a TV box. The movers informed me that they did not have any supplies with them, but they could call their boss to see about getting some. After discussing the situation, they left to buy a dolly at a local U-Haul and returned later. I spoke specifically with a manager located in Georgia to voice my concerns. The pick-up time for my POD was 14:00, which would have been more than enough time given the original start time. However, with the movers returning to my apartment at roughly noon, I had major concerns about getting my furniture into the POD on time and without damage. Unfortunately, because the purchased equipment was not meant for large furniture, my belongings were dropped quite a bit between my apartment and the POD. I ended up acting as the third mover just to get the job done. I requested that Sam contact me to explain where the mix-up happened, but have yet to hear back. I know I will have to buy new furniture, which can ultimately be replaced. However, as a military retiree, the boxes that now contain large, heavy items like my adjustable bed platform also hold all of my military memorabilia. I will never be able to return to those locations to replace those items. Overall, I would not personally recommend this company.Key
