I only waited about 10 mins then they had me go to the pedi chair. Water was adjusted for me right away. This is where everything turns around for the bad. I was in the pedi water for 45 mins before anyone came over to me. Finally a lady who was very apologetic comes over. I was understanding and told her so bc they were busy. I picked a color. The pedi went well until the painting part. She started putting the wrong color on. I said no thats the wrong color but since its close enough to what I picked I said just continue bc it was a pretty color. I had told her earlier I wanted fireworks as my design. She started putting flowers. I spoke up again but was ignore. So I spoke up again and was ignored again. She finished and I didnt want to cause a scene so I paid and left. When I got home I noticed she had gotten pain all around my nails. Also skin around my nails look crusted and my big toe nails not cut or filed correctly. My hair was long enough this was able to happen and She said she understood. She sprayed my back down. Cut it. Didn't touch the sides. Blow dried the back and handed me a mirror. At that point it was to late I said ok paid her thanked her and left. She was very nice but my hair in the back is barley 2 inches long and while I asked for an undercut the shaved part is clearly visible for all to see. Did not charge me for the second visit. ----------------- I have been to both the Singping Hills and Sunnybrook Dr locations and it is hit or miss. Best haircut ever was a few months ago at Sunnybrook, and unfortunately the stylist was off when I went in yesterday and got one of the worst cuts (it was a scalping!) In future, I will not use online check in, but will go in and look at what the different stylists are doing while I wait. That way, I know who to avoid and who is worth waiting for. luckily they put the stylists name on the receipt, so you know who to ask for. But staff changes often, so the good ones usually get hired away.
