So great! We had a party of 6 that needed manicures and pedicures for a wedding. We walked in and they got us in very quickly! Not only did they accommodate us, but it was so efficient. We were all in and done within an hour and a half! So great! I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done on my feet and Lina took such good care of me and trimmed a lot without any pain. read more

I'm so pissed of in the shitty customer service from Q nails in the mall in sioux City. I got a pedicure and she did terrible and the manager had the nerve to tell me if I wanted the pedicure done right I had to upgrade the package and pay 5$ more for the lady to do her job right f wow never going there again!! I groom dogs for a living and if I cant get my job done right then I give a discount or a free survice to make sure customers come back ! I will never go to Q Nails again!! read more

Had and hour wait. The lady doing my nails was very nice and got us in and out fast though. My nails were done very nicely although my friends had little black dots in the polish (it was light pink). From my P.O.V. it was a great experience, but my friends P.O.V might be a bit different. read more

There's a reason it's so cheap... Came here because I needed my nails done for engagement photos and it was the closest option while my ring was being cleaned. Service was OK - Little conversation, never offered to do a design and just handed me the menu without asking questions. My nails did not turn out that great. I may as well have done them myself. Did regular nail polish with the classic mani/pedi set. There's grooves and the paint does not go all the way to the edges. They also left a few hangnails, which in my opinion, is the reason you get a manicure in the first place: to clean up your nails. My big toe got bumped and they attempted to fix it. Instead of taking the polish off and re-doing it, they simply filled it in, so it's bumpy. They 'checked' my nails (looked at them) and told me they were dry enough. I got 10 minutes from home (30 miles away) and realized one of my fingers had been messed up from not being completely dry. Needless to say- I won't be going back. read more

Needed some work done on my toes, mainly due to the great toe which has problems with ingrown nails. Was at the mall saw this place and decided to try it out. Glad I did. The young lady who worked on me did a real good job. I get pedi's at least once a month because of the ingrown nail which really hurt. It's a 45 mile drive but it's worth it. There was no wait, got right in and it was a very relaxing experience. Will be going back again when needed. read more

Had to wait. Call ahead and schedule an appointment. My nails turned out alright, I'm a perfectionist - and they are NOT perfect. The main reason for my rating is they are overpriced. I paid $65 for a "full set pedi" and mani/gel, pedi which doesn't have much callus removal nor a paraffin wax (35 but I normally pay $30 in Charlotte for one with paraffin wax) and remainder for solid gel color. Had two different people for each part. I'm from out of town and didn't have much option here in Sioux city Iowa. read more

We walked in with a party of four and selected three classic and one deluxe pedicure. They did not act pleased to see us at 6:45pm. We sat on our chairs and I was instructed to just "hold your feet still" and the nail tech commenced to speak and laugh with her coworker in another language while the coworker stared at me. Very uncomfortable environment but they did a decent job. Will never go back again. And we didn't even get asked if we wanted the drinks that were part of the pedicure. This was the worst salon experience I have ever had and sadly, it was the first salon experience for one of my coworkers. read more

I found this business by looking on Yelp for a place to get my nails done while on a cross country trip. A couple of things concerned me. First is that it doesn't have the feel of a comfortable, welcoming nail salon. Second was the wait. I was seated right away but waited probably 15 minutes before a manicurist sat down in front of me, then she started texting and talking with one of her friends, never once making eye contact.The final thing was that she soaked my entire fingertips in acetone rather soaking a small piece of cotton and placing on the finger nail then wrapping it in foil to breakdown the shellac. I've had manicures at several salons and have never had my fingertips soaked for 10 minutes in paint thinner/remover. It made my skin dried out and wrinkly and couldn't possibly be a healthy thing to absorb through the skin. I gave them 3 stars because beyond the things I didn't like (especially the acetone soak), she did a good job on my nails. They look great! read more
