The lady who did my manicure was cheerful and talkative, and the young man that did my pedi today wasn't much for conversation but that's ok too! I paid for the 5 star pedicure which includes leg massage with lotions, stone massage, & neck/shoulder massage... well for $90 I expect at minimum 20-25 min massage on my legs/feet while doing all the lotions etc & 10 min on shoulders since it was $10 more for that... what I got was 1-5min massage on my legs & shoulders... now normally when I go in to other nail salons & do their most expensive pedicure I'm there for an hour & a half. I was here for 45 min & she cut my cuticles & shape my nails in that time... she seemed to rush me out the door because of walk-ins when I made an appointment. Not only that but I don't think she even did everything that I paid for like a leg scrub. At the end it was $126 & not worth it at all!!!!!!! So I'm still on the hunt for a worthwhile nail salon in the valley. read more

This was an excellent experience. It was only my second pedicure, ever, but the staff was friendly, the foot tub glowed, and there was offers of wine or coffee. As a guy I feel a little unclear on all the norms associated with a pedicure, but no fear, no one acts or looks at you weird for getting a pedicure. And it's really nice. The staff was very friendly and chatted as they worked. Great conversation. (Which I understand is sometimes lacking when you get a pedicure). I went for the deluxe pedicure which included a hot towel wrap and a warm stone massage. Both were nice. Apparently I take really good care of my feet so they didn't have to use the cheese grater thing on the bottom of my feet. read more

I went and got a full set of acrylic nails with gel paint for $60. I got my nails done on Thursday, by Saturday two of my nails had popped off while I was doing normal house stuff/petting my dog. By Monday morning five of them had fallen off like the cheap $5 nails you get at Walgreens. I called the shop and explained that I was frustrated that they were popping off so easily after I had just been in and paid good money. They said they would fix it and come in the next day. They charged me $15 to fix my nails and they weren't the correct shape or the same color shade as my other nails. The staff was friendly but it was a waste of money. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and came out with I half assed version of it. I also asked them to add jewels to my nails and they were not symmetrical and didn't match. read more

Extremely overpriced, dirty, and outdated. My fiancé and I paid extra for a spa pedicure and it was basically a basic pedicure because they hardly massaged us even though we paid extra for that. They rushed through the whole pedicure, the polish application was sloppy and their massage chairs were extremely worn out. Would not come here again. read more

Went there with my little sister to get our nails done and made an appointment for them. I was told we both would have a nail tech ready at 4pm. Went in they had one guy do both of our nails. While I was sitting waiting for my little sisters nails to be done he handed me a Cotten ball with nail polish remover and said "while you are sitting here you can take off your old nail polish" then walked away. I've NEVER have had to take my own nail polish off at a nail salon. I also told him I want a full set but I want my cuticles cut and was willing to pay for a manicure and for a full set for my nails to be taken care of. He completely ignored me and just did the full set. He rushed completely through it my nails are all different lengths and shapes. At the end didn't even ask how I liked them just told me the price and walked away. I would normally have a nail place fix something if it is off but I don't even want to deal with this place again. read more

Took my daughter here for her birthday (June 2020) and she and I weren't impressed at all. Extremely overpriced (comparing them to other places close by) and they weren't very welcoming. Getting pedicures is a special treat for us but it didn't feel special. She chose French tips for her pedicure, and the next day they were almost all washed off. The place was not clean. You would think with a pandemic going on it would be spotless. But it wasn't even close. As a local Alaskan resident, I do not recommend this place at all. At the start they were friendly and all but after a bit the man who has the daughter was painting my nails and they looked absolutely horrible. After 30 mins trying to see if he would fix the nails he didn't. I then proceed to ask him to just paint them all black. He gets an attitude with me and put me in a bad mood. Even my friend said they were horrible. At the end my brother nails were beautiful while mine looked like crap. I would not recommend the "husband"? He's not nice at all felt disrespected in his station. And through out the whole appointment I didn't get my hand massage and any cleaning. read more

Really disappointed with my experience here. I had a scheduled appointment for two pedicures. We showed up on time and we're greeted really angrily and then it was clear the workers were talking about us loudly for the whole salon to hear. They acted mad at us and then pulled out their schedule and sure enough we were scheduled for said time...yet they still acted mad and told us to come back in an hour. The salon is rundown and cleanliness was poor. I could probably forgive this if the mani/pedi had been any good. My technician was disgruntled the entire time, performing each task half heartedly. My friend was sitting next to me and her tech was performing much better. My guy was done probably 10 minutes before hers was done because he sped through everything. My manicure was even worse. If I hadn't asked for a third coat, the nails would have had many see through spots. I could tell this irritated him because at the end he tried to roll down my sleeves without rubbing in the lotion he put on my arms. He clearly was 'done' with me. Best pedicure I've ever had! Great atmosphere, comfy massage chairs, and they offer you a beverage of your choice. The hot stone massage is what makes me go back again and again!!! On their website they said they were open at 10am Monday-Saturday. Drove all the way to the nail salon to find that the doors are locked and no lights are on and it's almost 11am. There was no sign on the door saying they were closed for the day... little disappointed. read more
