What a great experience for someone whose just getting back into fitness! The manager Jermaine was so helpful and explain every body and how it can help with my fitness goals. I also, stepped on the body machine to see where I was and it helped me see where I was and how I could improve. This store is under new management/ownership and is definately worth a trip in to meet the new guy Tyler. He is very knowledgable on the products and doesnt try to convince you to buy something you dont need. He is personable unlike the previous crew they had there! I went in to buy some protein. When I was ready to be checked out I was asked for my personal information by an employee. I asked why he needed my information and was told it was for a rewards membership which he was trying to sign me up without my consent. When I politely refused to give my information an eccentric crazy guy "I'm assuming a manager" stepped out the back and tried to harass me into giving him my information. He kept on repeating the benefits of why he needed my personal information and proceeded to tell me he would not sell me anything without it. As I have been to many total nutritions in the past (not this one) I knew better. I have never had this bad of an experience at a total nutrition store in the past. Everyone has always been kind and helpful. Not the case here. Will not be going back. If this is the way all customers are treated here this place will not be in business long. Avoid this place if you don't like being harassed. read more
