Unbelievable, I'm blown away. Total attention to detail, not a "Wham Bam, Thank Ya Man! operation at all. I have a subcompact car and Marco spent 3.5 hours on it, really filthy, yet when he left it was "Unbelievable", yes I'm happy with the service and will always refer folks I know to benefit from his talented work ethics. Really not a surprise after reading all the great reviews here, but Marco came yesterday, right on time. He was polite and professional. My car, a Jeep Wrangler, looked like a completely different car after he was done with it! I'm so happy! It had been more than a month...possibly two since it had gotten a wash. He arrived at the time we set up and even texted me ahead of time with his ETA. He took about a 1.5 hours, and when he was done, he did point out certain areas that would need more time and detail. To make a long story short, during my second time using GJ they scratched my paint to the metal, admitted fault, said they'd repair it and now they've gone radio silent. Update: Your response is not factual. I did not state at any time I was returning a lease. That is factually untrue. Marco admitted fault for scratches to the metal on my lift gate, photographed the damage and my VIN in order to buy the paint and YOU stated he'd be back to fix. You also stated he doesn't use towels, however my camera clearly shows him using them. If by "extras" you are referring to the removal of 4 paint transfers he caused? You have dodged not only me but my coworker who had her car washed at the same time and had the same scratches and paint transfers. Coincidence? I think not. read more

This is by far hands down the top 2 best detail job I have had done to my car. I use to buy and sell used cars and have used many detailing companies even ones on yelp with raving reviews but none of them did a good job. Marcos company stand out because it is family owned so they can really take their time to do a spectacular job as opposed to big companies that just send out workers that have to be done within 2 hours to get to the next job. Those types tend to rush and and over look problem areas. I have wasted hundreds on bad jobs so when I found these guys I was so happy. Marco was amazing very professional and honest. The day before Thanksgiving, after being told by a handful of other companies that I would have to wait to set an appointment until after the holiday weekend (and at least 80% of all the businesses I called didn't even answer their phone), I called GJ and was very impressed when Paola immediately went out of her way to help me try and get an appointment on Thanksgiving day. Marco, the detailer, does an absolutely phenomenal job. He made my 2014 RAM 1500 look like it just came off the showroom floor. I love that he doesn't use armor-all on the interior, so the trim is clean and has a sheen to it, but it is not blinding, also, it's not greasy like a lot of other detailers have left my trim on previous occasions.
